Ingredients:
For the Batter:
• 65 grams all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
• 120 millilitres water
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
• 1/2 teaspoon onion granules
• Salt and pepper to taste
For the Sriracha Sauce:
• 120 milliliters Sriracha sauce
• 60 grams unsalted butter
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
