  • Hi guys!
On this video I try to introduce our Indonesian sambal ( sauce) which is this sambal is mandatory we prepare on the dinning table because with this sambal sauce we can make simple food become special meal to give the strong flavors to the food.
In this video I make one example sambal that is we call sambal terasi goreng.
    Ingredients: tomato,shallot , garlic,chilly, and shrimp paste
Method of cooking is fry , first we fry the tomato until it melt and followed by the garlic and shallot until it golden color and add the chilly fry together in one pan, when it all cook you can get all that ingredients and drain it, the last fry the shrimp paste until it cook. When finish fry all of the ingredients then we prepare the muddler and we put all of the ingredients in the muddler and we muddle all ingredients until it really melt and add little chicken powder to give taste to the sambal, and ready to serve.
If you guys make your own sambal you can adjust the chilly so that you can have spicy flavor in your level , the key in this sambal is in the shrimp paste if you use original Indonesian shrimp paste you can make same flavor guys.
Well guys thank you very much for watching our video I hope you enjoy the video and give you little information or idea how to make Indonesian sambal.
