Bottom line is it is all up to Tim. We cannot tell him how to run his channel - even if we think it is "constructive criticism". A free pass could go to OC.. who I think is a voice of reason for Tim.. which in and of itself sounds condescending - however, I think OC has done so much that Tim is open to what he says. Case in point is the latest Wizard scandal. OC also bought watch Auctions to the channel and often stands in on the community. No doubt too brings countless leads. For the rest of us - we to varying degrees contribute in our own way . Whilst I do not think Diego was overtly rude and indeed had some valid points - I think Oisin was just the wrong person to bring that up with. whilst live - perhaps it could have been broached back stage.. although to be fair to Diego.. hindsight is a wonderful thing. Oisin also arguably was the most important guest - channel member in so many ways. It was just unfortunate that the consequences for Tim was the 'tipping' point of what Oisin perceives to be the general negative vibe towards him, and his now departure. Even in his departure or distancing of himself, he chipped in recently with a large super chat and lovely message for Tim. I think Tim's relationship with Oisin is in no way damaged - however, his distancing has hurt Tim. I am not sure if he still sends traffic to Tim.. but a lot of that traffic stay for more Oisin. Remember guys - none of us are perfect.. and a lot of banter does ensue.. We have all had shots at Marcello and he comes back even more - but like I said Oisin is a different 'fish' and even OC is a different fish. However, they both are big fish in the Tim Write channel. They have invested a lot of time in Tim's channel and have earnt the status they enjoy. It is also fair to say Diego has along with Brian and a host of others made enormous contributions to the channel - but I think we need to place OC and Oisin at the summit of importance to the channel - for apart from Tim himself they bring the big donors - Humble Pine - and Carolyn. Without the super donors there is no channel. It is a team effort.. from piss ants like me.. all the way down to the trolls we all belong to the same 'community'. Now, does Tim and OC need to re-think strategies - from time to time... of course. However, if there are too many chiefs and not enough Indians - (sorry for the cliche) I am tired of myself.. then Tim will be trying to be all things to all people .. (foike another cliche).. and become exhausted. We are all guilty of voicing how displeasure down to a person .. but should always bear it mind it is Tim's channel..... and I think most agree.. it is his quirkiness that we all are entertained by... he just ';wants to have fun".

All relationships are unique. If people don't like Tim's channel, don't watch. I do admire Ousin's die hard loyalty as Tim's personal friend.
