    Shouldnt the judge review the evidenve BEFORE trial? Especially after scheduling the trial date after 1 week?

    If I was the judge:
    -I would admit the interrogation video, while I would argue being cuffed with a black sack on your heard does constitute detainment, but Ramee given his lengthy criminal history and also being a legal aid, he was sufficiently apprised of his rights, but I'd still wag my finger at the PD for not following through with that formality.
    -The Brady violation should of been a pre-trial motion, unless the withheld evidence was made aware to the defense through the course of the trial, as that was not the case I think knocking it down is the right call, but 100% this was a Brady violation, particularly with the OOC info that Mr. K attacked atleast 3 more individuals (Brian, Carmine, and a shrink) who he blamed for Baas's murder and Brian being aware of Mr. K's questionable mental faculties requested a shrink to talk to and evaluate him, withholding that info while trying to cite him in other instances is the most black and white Brady violation possible. Unquestionably should be a mistrial and struck down with prejudice, but the judge can't evaluate on info he doesn't know. Some small glimmer that the judge might question it in chamber since it was referenced in Ramee's interrogation
    - I've read pretty much everything the prosecution put forth and I would find it insufficient to convict either Ramee or Miguel of those charges, there is still reasonable doubt present here, with the exception of the Beaver Bush troll RC car incident which Ramee admitted to.
    -For the bail violation I would just table it and make it an entirely separate court case.
    -Lastly Mantis comes across as very biased and it feels like his cop character is bleeding into Jerry.

      ya. mantis clearly just rp'ing with cop bias on his judge
      its crazy how mantis's cop is the freaking commissioner and he also has a judge character, clear conflict of interest there

    Brians statement of "the most damning of which was Mr.K STATEMENT of seeking revenge 1:08:54" Should immediately throw Murphys accusation of a brady violation back into viability.

    brian said him self he expects the recording to be removed and thinks he lose this case. with these judges that don't now what they are doing. this could end anyway

    Ive warched a lot of court case rp and closing statements, but Bundy's closing statements were so freaking hard to pay attention too. When you have a monotone voice like his, reading essentially MDW reports for almost an half a hour was torture. I dont blame Ramee for nodding out and fking up his closing. That was horrible.

    • @aarontech2257
      @aarontech2257 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Well Bundy is a lawyer IRL so he might know what he’s doing. Ramee speaks simultaneously as he thinks, so he might not.

      @@aarontech2257If Bundy is a real lawyer then he clearly threw this case because he knew there was no actual evidence.

      @@aarontech2257 ive watched Bundy/ Benjamin Crane since before 3.0. When he was CG's lawyer, it was never that bad. Also never said Ramee knew what he was doing, he has too much ADHD to be a lawyer. I said i understood why he felt tired

      But that's how a court works, are you aware of that? Or would you rather that a verdict comes out of metagaming or a corrupt judge?

    • @BandOfTheHawk2
      @BandOfTheHawk2 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      Totally disagree, the mountain of evidence the prosecution referenced is in no way reasonable for a judge to go over in that time frame, but I will say looking at a lot of that evidence its relevance is questionable and they were clearly grasping at straws in certain cases to fulfill their burden of proof in the absence of hard evidence.
