I just noticed lots of people, many cops, and crins abd civs too, dont know what the "opening statement" is. Its not just a hook to the case or a "hello, welcome, we're here to say they're guilty". The opening statement is suppose to be literally where you express your entire argument of the case plus showing evidenceand everything else, either defense or prosecution. Then you do witnesses, then the closing is a repeat of the opening plus going over evidence from witnesses.
Ramee needs to learn that it isent a race to talk the fastest. He just need to be calm in theese kind of things.
Lol this is why they have scribes in courts. So that everything being said is on the record so that they can’t switch up what they just said. Lol
Ramee did good most of the case but his testimony was awful. He couldn’t just stick to he was at the cabin relaxing and riding the bike for fun then there’s nothing to remember or get caught lying which he did twice there. But they had 0 evidence of anything.

to address your accusations reasonable suspicion isn't a reason to shoot someone putting their life into danger and after the gsr test there was no reason to search him, like the other guy said 10-codes are not classified anyone can find and learn them and the crime he was committing was irrelevant to what he was being charged with, and they have no more probable cause to search him without consent (i believe). if i made any incorrect statements pls let me know

I think (if he didn’t have a cop character) he could easily be exposed to 10 codes and even things in the court room as he’s done so many heists and been to so many bench trials and court cases. He could have easily picked it up over the course of his criminal career.
Crane did say it best though, RS stops after they believe they’re chasing a suspect that had shot at cops and the GSR comes back negative. They should have pushed more on the joyriding than the other charges because that one could have easily stuck.
