Cannot wait for the Mr. K case now that I can watch through the judges POV. Having this pov makes court so much more entertaining, hearing all of the reasoning behind a guilty or not guilty verdict changes the whole vibe of a court case.

Just seeing the damning picture of Xqc and Sykkuno in that chopper is hilarious to me. The thousand-yard stare on Xqc's character's face is amazingly funny to me. And how all of them are looking forward like robots while planning to drop grenades on the police.
I can't get the image out of my head. And even with that damning picture, they still win the case. It's hilarious.

As someone who just started watching some of this, this Wrangle guy must be pretty bad if the judge has to insert clauses into proposed laws to prevent "Wrangling" of the law.
by your description it's the opposite. unless you think a police officer arresting criminals is bad. wrangler is known to turn simple things like traffic stops into full blown raids and drug trafficking charges for example. most cops don't bother to go that far most of the time even though they would be in their rights to fuck them over. so if anything wrangler is not lazy. welcome to roleplay though.
wrangler (Penta) also has personal things against XQC and takes it into game when that shouldnt ever happen
@@DutyRSPS penta usually responds with OOC shittalk when someone OOC shit talks him. He's similar to Kyle in that regard. OOC talking in RP happens quite a lot unfortunately. If you want the admins to ban people doing that the server would be empty. With the admins themselves being banned as well. Everyone did it and does it.
Penta rps with everyone even if he hates them. Look at him with cg or Tony for example. If they straight up OOC talking in RP though he hits back. I think that's also one of the reasons why penta is so hated because you literally can't win a verbal fight against that guy. He hits back and hits hard no matter who it is and that dude is too witty with his words and insults that you have no chance.

the grenade pin actually makes 0 sense and idk how everyone overlooked it, the "rp limit" doesn't matter when logically you would not "drop" a pin nowhere near where jp was, nor would you throw the grenade pin with the grenade, it'd either be with him or on top of the whatever it's called, attendant thing dk dc.

The question at 55:50 doesn't seem to be a leading question. He could have started off with were you in the pursuit that occured? Leading would be if he said, When the helicopter left, you were part of the pursuit, correct? In that form, he is answering for the witness which is leading. Once objected, the lawyer just needs to change the form of the question, so it is not leading. He can leave out or include questions, if they can prove they have a foundation in the case. If anything, him starting with Bass said maybe could be hearsay, but leading is a stretch.
Awesomeness and judge Crane is brilliant and 💯% about his decision and very true and xQc is becoming more smarter in knowledge of law in RP and accually does have a good since of law and what's what and goes and doesn't!

To be fair, we wouldn’t be surprised if he doesn’t know enough about the American legal system since he wasn’t born here nor was English his first language. So props to him to jumping head first and trying to learn by going against the likes of Reggie for a irregular court trial

It’s kinda meh meh. Very rarely do they have a specific DA. In most cases the cops play the role of the prosecution.

Honestly, I've hated watching court RP before, but this? Actually having the judge's view and seeing the reasoning for everything? I don't know if it's just that Crane is so good at it, or if it is because the judge is the only POV in the courtroom not inherently biased, but it makes the whole thing feel like it's done right.

Stick to what you actually know instead of complaining about something you don’t understand. First and foremost, you cannot forget that this is a game. As the prior comment says the laws are implemented by “the senate” which includes Koil. Secondly, while in some cases yes, the cops do have it easy, there are times when being a cop Isn’t as fun or entertaining as being a crim. Hell being a judge on nopixel definitely can’t be that much fun or rewarding. Lastly if new laws weren’t created then you would be complaining about cops falsely imprisoning crims for terrorism with no way do defend that charge, since that bingo card that’s floating around is boarderline a list of multiple ways to be considered a terrorist on nopixel
having more distinct laws is better than vague ones, that way people would be ready and accept what they may get before acting, and also getting the charges and serving in jail would be quicker than going to court.
@@ayknenz the reason why most laws aren't distinct on nopixel is for rp reasons, so that more rp is created, like the traffic lights are made to be extra long on red so that a cop can pull you over and talk to you (just as an example).
