      I was just wondering if Steve Maxwell's 30/30/30 method is for strength and endurance. Also, do you think this modality is good for hypertrophy?

    Thank you for the compilation. It makes the search for information easier and centralized. I am a little old and I am trying isometrics because people say that it's easier on the joints.
    This is (and Red Delta) and one of the few channels that talk about isometrics (specially overcoming type). Thanks for your hard work.

    Hey, with this video you won a new subscriber. Gonna watch your other isometric videos, very interested in your research and experience. I cannot afford the Isomax (poor from a poor country) but I am glad they invented it (I was thinking that would be so cool, to monitor with numbers). Still it's not perfect for all things, and some new devices could be made, but it is something else for sure (a hidden gem I suppose). Cheers

    Bands are an interesting topic that we probably won’t get an answer to as it’s not monitizable. Wouldn’t the ultimate isometric be using a band you can barely move? I mean if the MAX you can lift is say 300lbs, one cm up would be 300.000001lb, then when ur strength wanes, it’s 299lbs, then 298 and so on. I also feel this would “trick” the brain more, as you’re always just .0000000001 more lb from actually overcoming that force then when you do you’re just 0000001% away at all times

      @brotherlittlefoot2216 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      True.I use heavy duty bands,stack them,and do just what you said.I also use a straight up chain and bar w no spring,although I am still shopping for the right spring...To me the body itself can be the spring.The body flexes itself against the immovable object,setting and resetting at times.It's all about muscle tension regardless.

    I know your into the Isomax and Isometric thing...but may I ask since doing the Isomax for awhile can you tell me what is your Bench Press Max with a set of weights?
    I too am doing isometrics, but just started with the Pitchsix device...I'm in my 60's. Used Bullworkers, Isorobic Exercisers, and still swear by isometrics to this day...just curious since we're all into the same kind of stuff.

    Does a standing wall press work well for bench press improvements?

    • @NoLimitSquad
      @NoLimitSquad  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'd say a standing door press would be much better

    Chris , do you ever do one body part a day with the isochain say with 3 different exercises ?

    • @NoLimitSquad
      @NoLimitSquad  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes. I've done legs for a month straight on the Isomax over the summer. I liked the results!

    HI and thanks for the great video! What would you recommend to somebody who is doing calisthenics and weight lifting 3-4 times per week and would like to start isometrics? How can we start without the isochain in order to see how our body reacts?
    Should I do 1-2 isometrics exercises at the end of the workout or just do a short isometrics workout at another time throughout the day?

    Good FAQ vid... Can isometrics be a standalone way to workout indefinitely? Or does one need to also do traditional dynamic resistance training with it and cardio? 🤔 Wish that kinda question was on this video too.

    • @NoLimitSquad
      @NoLimitSquad  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! Great question. They can be a great standalone and dragon door, the company behind the Isochain and Isomax came up with at least a dozen workout programs with that in mind that we have on this channel's playlist. My opinion is that isometrics are part of the bigger puzzle piece (similar to cardio and flexibility) as human beings are, ultimately, designed to move above all else.

    How do we add isometrics to a 3 day/week full body hypertrophy program?

    • @NoLimitSquad
      @NoLimitSquad  ปีที่แล้ว

      I'd incorporate Bruce Lee's The Dragon program into a full body program like that. It would only take 10 min. 3x/week also at least to start

      If the form is correct then it will be all of the chest
