WRC 2019 Rally Monte-Carlo: SS10 La Bâtie-Neuve MAX ATTACK & High Speed Fly Bys!

- Today my friends Italiansupercarvideo, MattyB727 and I decided to record the 2019 Rallye of Monte-Carlo at the SS10 called Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes / La Bâtie-Neuve. Mindful of the wonderful passage I brought home last year (video here: • Rally Monte-Carlo 2018... ) I wanted to get some scenes of the same corner, with Matty placed almost in the same position I were. I triedt to record from a different point of view, while Italiansupercarvideo was on a U-turn.

I remember 2 years ago on your Monte-Carlo rally video, commenting how impressed I was with the aero grip the cars have. I still cant understand how the car can handle those curves that fast. Nice video again!

I can't quite believe how they stay planted through those corners, they seem to defy physics. Also I might just be used to Australia's safety standards but I cringe every time I see a group of spectators standing on the outside of a corner.... perhaps Im getting old 😂

Racing Line Australia in the end honestly the spectators are liable for any damages that might happen to themselves. But I agree spectators need to definitely stand back a little bit it's for their own safety

Close your eyes and tell me they dont sound like F1!
They dont,but close enough,there is a slight muffle on the exhuast or anti lag you might say and also the turbo sound is more audible than an f1 car
f1 has more cilinders

How much hp do these cars make? From 2 liters right? And how much do they weigh?
700hp and 900kg
Accelaration from 0-60 is 1.92 second,that is faster than an f1 car btw
And it cost 1.3 million per unit
@@Ahmad-ll8rl no you're wrong. Cars are restricted to no lighter then 1190 kg and no more power beyond around 380hp

@@Ahmad-ll8rl gymkhana cars have alot more power but are less refined in the cornering department than wrc cars.

Wooooow, this looks really fast. I‘m not quite into wrc, but these lil cars look as fast as the group b cars, but i might be wrong. Has anyone a clue about that?

Think they are faster
Modern WRC cars have been faster then Group B cars for a long time.
Biggest difference is just how "easy" modern cars are to drive, you know compared to older cars.
50%+ electronic / Extremelly high downforce / 260-300* steering degrees / Secuential Gear at the Wheel / Really Safe Cars ... You can't even compare this cars with group B more than "top_average speed"
