- The final season is here! Major Dad and I have both been looking forward to this for a while, since we really enjoy doing this together. This first episode was pretty... bleak, to say the least. But it was still very intriguing, and a great setup for what's to come!

I loved the way this episode put us in Omega and Crosshair's world so we truly understood what they were going through. The visuals, voice acting, score... a great example of drawing the viewer into the story without lots of exposition doing the job instead. Absolutely quality film making and I very much enjoyed it!

I also love that they dont tell you how long Omega has been at Mt. Tantiss, they only show her markings on the Wall wich are 169 if I didnt miscount, so she´s been there for about 5 Months

The atmosphere of this episode is unmatched. Seems like the animation got even better this season, even though it's hard to believe it could. Beautiful score, too.
I honestly thought this episode was one of the strongest Star Wars animation episodes ever. Not like it’s the most action packed, but it is *brilliantly* written and directed. The little decisions (like using the dripping faucet as a constant to illustrate the sameness and dreariness of the “Groundhog’s Day” of it all) were impeccably executed. Really tense, dour, and dark opening salvo. Can’t wait to see more!

Major Dad, nice to see you back! yes, this was a dark episode, but they are prisoners. I guess if they think Omega's got a high m count, she is force sensitive? Was hoping Tech isnt really dead, but sadly I think he is. excited to see where this season goes, will be sad when it's over.

Yes, a bleak opening episode. Got a couple answers about Mt. Tantiss. I expect this season to be a rollercoaster of emotions. I don’t think many of our favorites will survive but end on a bit of hope. Cheers to Major Dad!
That shuttle crash in the opening scene - I keep thinking, if they knew there are deadly creatures in the jungle, why not stay inside their ship?

Yep, take all my happiness away... This episode was great - but left me feeling so bad :( Poor everyone - Omega, Crosshair, and Emery.
I just wish they would have had some NPCs try to escape, just a taste of action and the futility of easy escape. Amazing how the CGI has improved from the beginning of the Clone Wars.
Have you tried to get Major dad his own UT channel and you could be a guest on his channel? Maybe "The SW Major Grandad" could be his channel where he reacts to some of the nostalgic SW content that you and Kat didn't cover together. I believe Crosshairs is suffering some serious guilt about all the things he has done and it has made him depressed as hell. Additionally, his mutation is being zapped from him , his hands look shaky and that is not the crosshair we know.
