I was about to say this. I think it’s episode two where you see him doing cqb with some dudes with all the high speed stuff and then in this episode he wets his pants
In Iraq in 2006 a friend of mine was killed by an EFP. I was detached for a security detail and read the SIGACT while planning our movement for the next day. After talking with people from my old unit i found out the patrol had gotten turned around and went to white light to figure out where they were going. The first truck made it through the kill zone but the second wasn't so lucky. The TC was working on the BFT screen and was hit pretty much in the armpit. Our deployment started in October; this was in November.
13:55 im a Marine veteran and having been in the civdiv for a few years, and you being a vet too and having been a cop, you should know the lack of situational awareness the average person has, even to things happening literally right in front of them let alone a hundred feet behind the bus theyre on
Pratt had his weapon out AS the bus went by, somehow perfectly timing its passing with the guy who started his approach while Pratt would have been blinded by the bus's passing. People would have noticed.
I think the reporter is referring to how hard it is to run a story without the sponsors of the paper/website/channel approving. Doesn’t matter what the story is, the rich people who pay the salaries will decide what is and isn’t news.
They should have filmed it in Chicago… totally plausible that a few murders go unnoticed. You’d even have gunfire in the background w/o any post production
to play devils advocate for the show, Chris Pratts character having to keep the list could be taken as a hint to Chris Pratts characters declining mental condition.
Jack Carr is soooo good. And he also mentioned how hard it is to make a book into a show because Amazon makes changes into things to make it more Hollywood
That's not at all what he said. He said you have to let go of the book and allow the process to occur. Other creatives got involved and instead of fighting them (which is how you get booted) he helped them tell a different version of this story.
I think a lot of times the techical advisor will say "you should have them positioned like this" or "hold their rifles like this" and the director will say "ya i dont care. THIS looks better on screen."
Love the show, always appreciate Buck’s commentary, it’s awesome But one small bit, on the staircase, she created a makeshift fatal funnel, & pushing up the stairs is also arguably the hardest push, especially w/speed So, I get the gripe, but I also think that shows the value of how great firearms are, you can be considerably outmatched, & a small tactical win can save your life
1. War Eagle vs Roll Tide was a reference to the battle cries of 2 main college football teams in Alabama (Auburn - War Eagle, Alabama - Roll Tide). the pilot, cant remember her name, chose correctly as Alabama is the superior team. 2. @williamflowers9435 What? No way. I used to think of his term as pretty benign, policy wise, but there is more and more shit coming out. I just watched another interview about all the manufacturered islands China made because of Obama's complacency about China making them. The "owner" of the dredging company said they had no plans to until they mucked around with smaller provocative projects with no US response so they figured why not go big, and we're shocked there was still no response from Obama.

I've been rooting for FNG since I found your channel. I have a suggestion concerning the new boot: Get some sizes from vets who are still putting on Rucking miles, send them some boots to try and review. You all have probably already thought of this, but I wanted to share in case you didn't. You could also do a random give-away for product testing, like from your top Patreon supporters you are coaching/mentoring. Again, probably something you are already doing. I would say, send me a pair, but I'm a disabled great grandmother whose Rucking days (albeit extensive when I was younger), are done. I come from peasant stock and have 4e width feet, so I would have been VERY interested in this boot when I was traveling in my younger days. But you guys rock. Also, Buck continues to get my full respect as a father because he said he would back his daughters becoming special forces if that is what they wanted to do. .
looking good man!, haven't watched you in a while, but i hardly recognised you at first...that beard gone has took 15 or 20 years off you!. love the show, keep them coming ☘
Yes Abel is back… good to see you man…. Buck I agreed with you and the only reason I watched was because of Kurt. I agree with it got good later on and I finished the season. Basically I base what I watch on these reactions 😂😂😂
I warched the video and closed the link only to realize an hour later i didnt hit the like button so im back just to hit the like button so this amazing channel might get pushed out to more people
Will you do a review of Echo 3 on Apple TV? It's a mini-series that follows guys in Delta. I think it'd be entertaining to hear your review of the storyline and depictions but also curious to hear your breakdown on the tactics. I believe it's the same writer as Zerok Dark Thirty.
Buck, is there going to be an option to get the FNG Boot in black? I'm not in service anymore and would like to be able to get a pair without looking like I'm living in my past. 🤣 My family gives me enough shit, I don't need to bring it on myself. Keep up the awesome videos, thanks for all you guys do.
"War Eagle" = University of Auburn "Roll Tide" = University of Alabama They are state rivals. This is common knowledge for those who grew up in the South and/or are fans of college football.
Hey guys! In the state of Alabama, you must choose a side between the University of Alabama or Auburn University. Roll Tide for bama/ War Eagle for Auburn is essentially all all encompassing phrase that can be a battle cry, greeting (both coming or going), trash talk, words of condolences, or to generally distinguish your self amongst peers.
Flash Point. 2008 TV series. Canadian based. SWAT show. I would love it if you did a breakdown/reaction to it. I loved it. It's almost like Seal Team but in Law enforcement. Arya Stark had 15 people on her list, never needed to write them down… And she completed the list (as far as I’m aware)… as well as taking out almost an entire clan and feeding Walder Fray his own son in a pie…. Pretty gnarly, not such revenge was had since Cartman fed Scotty T his own parents in a chilli….
Contains Spoilers to season 1!! Because the show rewrote Ben as a character to the point where a majority of the audience really liked him and empathized with his position on 'betraying' the seal team, and in addition they thought the actor was great. So, an opportunity was offered up to give Ben's decision more weight and backstory, and the actor gets the opportunity to shine some more. I think it will be great. Jack Carr did say that he actually always had a backstory to Ben, but originally never intended to release it or go into it, but Carr too liked the actor's performance in the show with the reimagined portrayal.
"War Eagle/War Damn Eagle" is the battle cry of Auburn University and "Roll Tide" Is the cry for Alabama. Check out the movie Crimson Tide wi5h Denzel and Gene Hackman about the USS Alabama in relation to that as that is also the motto of the crew on the boat in the film
Better finish gen kill first. I liked over there but only until I watched gen kill. After that, it looks like a 5-year-old's drawing next to a Rembrandt
War Eagle represents the Auburn Eagle that flew in WW1 or 2. It's like saying go dawgs for Georgia. Alabama says Roll tide because their fat rolls are everywhere on the field.
13:15 the bus looks empty. And with that speed (around 21.7 mph / 35 km/h) is about 50m away when the shot is fired. So it's only the bus driver, maybe listing to music when he's alone on the bus. So overall perhaps not that unplausible.
also they have suppressors on their pistols. i know that suppressors are loud in real life but civilians who are not even used to use firearms would probably think that it is whatever else but not a gun being fired. most people usually think that suppressors are quiet like in most movies.

The Iranian that was taken out during Trump's administration, Soulamani, is the one that trained the fighters in Iraq/Afghanistan to make the EFPs.
