Full Throttle Kinda Guy if you follow the wiring instructions in the video exactly, you will bypass the regulator (for voltage regulating purposes) and still have a working amp gauge.
@@JalopyJockey My friend and I were able to sort it out. My Galaxie's dash wiring was butchered and the generator light is MIA. I ordered a 560 ohm resistor to help with the performance. Charges as good as you said. I've never seen the lights this bright , ever!
Full Throttle Kinda Guy every old car I’ve gotten has had badly butchered wiring somewhere. It’s scary, and also one of the first things I look over after getting a car, along with all rubber hoses and brake parts.
