OnePlus 12 has a vibrant filter, and it works as advertised. Please check the filters they dramatically change the image representation

What Xiaomi misses the most next to its competitors is consistency. Once it manages a shot, it's absolutely breathtaking, but sometimes it fails so miserably that it's only good for trash bin.
Once they figure out the consistency, they might be the best in the market bar none.
Completely agree, this is where oneplus cmae through this year, the OP12 may not do everything the very best but it gives a level of consditency that they hadn't achieved before on prior oneplus phones.
Xiaomi is the master of RAW photography, no one can compete. Especially the Ultra series is not made for point and shoot. We are talking about a truly professional product, built around photography, not a classic phone. The OnePlus takes good photos to post on Instagram, nothing more. And I'm writing from the OnePlus 12, a beautiful product but definitely not a cameraphone. Seriously, my old Realme 7 pro takes photos with the same level of details
What about Oppo then? Apart from variable aperture I don't think no one can compete with the Find X7 Ultra overall due to its consistency and quality.

@@kaiserfakinaway5909 that's another phone that's built around photography. I don't know who is better, last year the 13U was a little better than the find X6, so let's wait for the 14U... but the point is you can compare Oppo, Xiaomi, Vivo, but you definitely can't compare them with the OnePlus 12

Thanks for the video! I expected that 1 inch sensor that is 1.5 times bigger than the op 12 sensor would perform much better at night. I prefer flatter OP look because I can add more contrast and edit it as I like. It's a pity that you don't compare videos as this is the area where OP doesn't perform without issues

Man, I have the OnePlus 12, but the Xiaomi 13 ultra is a fucking DSLR, come on. Main camera is a joke on OP, sadly. What I see is a classic phone image, with maximum sharpness and saturated colors... nothing to do with the naturalness of the 13 Ultra.
The telephoto is good, at least.
As a photographer I am extremely disappointed with my purchase, only Gcam will be able to save this phone... Try shooting in Raw, the Oneplus is ridiculous. Xiaomi is simply another planet, and the 14U will also be released in a few days...
And yes, the OnePlus "has more detail" because over-processes photos, removes noise and maximizes sharpness... like a child would do. And in fact, try going into Master Mode, remove the sharpness and see how the level of detail drops. Xiaomi has better lenses and it shows. Especially if you like shooting in Raw.

@@Salty_Biscuitz88 The x100 pro is amazing. Better than 13 Ultra? I don't know, maybe yes... better than the OP12? Certainly. I recommend the videos of Vincenzo de Caro, a photographer who deals in depth with smartphone photography from a professional point of view, with comparisons of Raw files and Lightroom analysis. They are in Italian, though.
