    I would have actually glued the whole surface top and the backing of the vinyl push it in place smoothed it out then brought it around after dried and stapled

    Very Nice!
    What material did you use on the seat?
    Also, I see you swapped out the rear shocks for the Rebel shocks since the video before this one.
    Did you have to modify the chain length once you installed the shorter shocks?

    • @rabidsquirrelgarage745
      @rabidsquirrelgarage745  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For the seat, I used marine vinyl. For the shocks, no need to change anything! Just swap out the shocks.

    Well done ! So now the question is ...... How does the new seat feel on your ride?

    • @rabidsquirrelgarage745
      @rabidsquirrelgarage745  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The seat it a little hard but no terribly bad. I would want to do a cross country trip on that seat. 😄

    Great work! You mentioned swapping out the rear suspensions for ones from a 250 Honda Shadow - would that also work for both 125ccm bikes?

    Question..what grit sandpaper do you recommend?
    Thank You RSG!

    • @rabidsquirrelgarage745
      @rabidsquirrelgarage745  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      for the seat, I used a rough grit, don't remember what grit it was, 100 maybe.
