The title is deceptive. It describes more of what a lobbyist does and less of how to become a lobbyist.

Lobbyists are not evil. It is literally the only way lawmakers find out the issues that the people are complaining about. Lawmakers don't go out and to do public events and public speaking, they sit in an office all day. They need to be informed on things they don't know about, things that matter to their constituents. Some lobbyists are evil, some school teachers are evil, some police officers are evil. You can't blanket all the humans that perform one particular job as evil. Some humans are and some humans aren't. All humans are capable of evil, just ask Nazi Germany.

Don't know about you guys, but finding any lobbying agency is very hard in the Netherlands !! Eventhough I know the reason why. It is very annoying grrrrr.

Is this how money corrupts our nation?
My understanding is that, in the best case scenario, lobbyists are subject matter experts who are resources to educate politicians when something is up for a vote. Let's say there's a new gun control bill - lobbyists can explain that areas with more guns have less crime, and most crime happens in gun-free zones (churches, schools, etc) so eliminating guns and creating more gun laws only hurt the law-abiding citizens who would obey the new laws. The lobbyist groups then support the less corrupt politicians who support the constitution and aren't going to pass shitty laws. In the worst case, lobbyists (tobacco, sugar, corn, soybeans, gov't subsidy heavy areas) buy politicians to get government contracts and get the FDA to push the crap at the bottom of the food pyramid. Money is amoral. It takes on the characteristics of the person holding it. Money doesn't corrupt our nation - evil people corrupt anything.

lobbyism should be banned.
End mandatory school, ged and hsd requirements, age limits, minimum wage, and exsessive regs.
People should be able to learn how to do a good job they want so they can afford a house and car before 18.
For those who and whos parents can afford it, tax deductible chairty and or the about 180,000dollars spent on k thru 12 per student could pay for it and trash k thru 12 and some of that money could be used to promote more independence and healthy living.
Convince gov to let everyone have an acre of free tax free fertile land to grow a food forest on and live on.
End farm subsidies. End tax
breaks to farms exsept those who grow healthy vegan food for human consumption exsept no large mono crops
