    Hard facts:
Novus ordo- only 50% or less accept catholic teachings. In fact, 60%+ accept gay “marriage”
Latin Mass-99+% accept ALL church teachings
Conclusion- true traditional Catholicism IS Catholicism.

I guess that really depends on what teaching you hold. Do traditional Catholics exercise in practice "loving your brother as you love yourself" I think. A lot more "Novus Ordo" Catholics follow and practice that. Although I know that you're going to dress your hate as "love" and say the way you're hating them is a "correcting love" which only shows your self righteousness.

@@pedroparamo891 - Sooo , Pedro. You think you have the understanding to judge my soul. I have given you hard data. You’ve just spouted drivel and ZERO facts. Everything you said is based on “Pedro’s feelings” , the epitome of narcissism. Congratulations, you win the weekly award for narcissistic arrogance. And on top of that you couldn’t refute anything.
May God have mercy on your soul.

It is not solely about the Latin Mass, it is whether you follow all teachings of Jesus Christ and the dogmas of the Church and not 'a la carte' beliefs.

How is being more devoted to God a bad thing?

Even the Anglican rite, under the ordinate of St. Peter, established by Pope Benedict is very close and the faithful are very traditional as well.

I’m pretty quiet at the local TLM in my diocese. I find that wish to remain in a contemplative state before, during, and after the Mass. One reason, I don’t wish to discuss the current state of the confusion. I’d rather gain my strength or should I say, the strength from being submissive in the presence of My Lord. I do pray the TLM grows and shows welcome charity to NO Catholics. I wish reverence and strength for all our Church

I wish people would stop pretending the Novus ordo embodies the true Catholic faith; I grew up in it but since I found tradition 4 years ago I am literally embarrassed that non Catholics think the NO represents Catholicism. It’s kind of like when people pretend a homosexual couple is “married” when they know they’re not. That may sound harsh, but I really believe that.

To touch on the articles point on Tradition being somehow competitive…I had always found the protesant/charismatic renewal that infiltrated the church as competitive in nature… since the whole idea of charismatic is about the possession of gifts which can easily lead a soul in the pursuit of having more gifts as a sign of it’s devotion/development.
Must not ignore St. Paul’s teaching that gifts are nothing without love… and love doesn’t seek to change the beloved for their own personal/spiritual gain. To change the church/Holy Mass into our own image, language (cultural catholicism) or somehow prayer is not enough and that the faithful now need active participation for legitimacy???

You make great points! Thank you for discussing Paul's warning, which certainly applies to these innovations.

You have to look at "Traditionalists" meaning someone that practices the faith handed down for centuries, the faith that was given to the original twelve after His Ascension, as never having left the Catholic Church. It just carried on. The schismatics were the ones that followed Paul VI and his "new" false religion full of teachings condemned by pre Conciliar popes.

Almost by definition, traditionalists believe that the TLM is better than the NO. But I have never met a traditionalist who thinks that therefore the people who go to traditional Masses are better than the people who go to the NO. That is a wicked slur.

Not sure when Taylor suggested this as sects. Regular viewer of Dr. Marshall. You may have picked out one portion. That is not a regular or standard position of his.

There is nothing wrong with sedevacantism, and all is right with sedevacantism. See the council of Trent for answers!

Well accepting sedevacanism means you can’t receive the Eucharistic. You can’t have it both ways. There aren’t any valid orders.
