    25mins that's real man. No one looks back and says I should have done more hours in the office or worked harder. Even a stay at home Dad will look back and if he's honest say "I could have done more, been more present and been more available."
    Was working part time training for my first regional strongman show and I totally relate to the walks and lower back pumps. "Sorry Daddy needs to sit down again!" Totally agree, I just made myself go for walks and also swimming once a week really helped.
    I love these interviews, after a while you always get your guests to open up and be real. People want to hear the numbers, the records, the big lifts but you don't always hear about the hips hurting, the lower back pumps and not being able to sit down on the floor with your kids. Keep it up 🙏
