నిజాం ఆస్తులు ప్రజలకు మాత్రమే చెందుతాయి. ఆ ఆస్తులు మొత్తం ఆనాటి తెలంగాణా సంస్తానం లోని జమీందారులు , జాగీరుదార్ల ద్వారా ప్రజల్ని పీడించి దోచుకుని కూడబెట్టినవే. ప్రజాసొమ్ముతో ప్రపంచంలోనే అత్యధిక ధనవంతుడిగా వెలుగొందాడు.
