She graduated from Sophie to the Marschallin in Rosenkavalier and created the title role in the Met's first ever production of Arabella. Samuel Barber wrote the title role of Vanessa for her and she was also the Met's first Marie in Wozzeck. That's quite a repertoire! This is beautifully sung.
