Make sure you only eat dandelions when you know no weed killer was used.

Turn the yellow petals into a tea. I added four cloves in my first time and it tasted sooo good. Four cloves, four dandelions. Don’t used the green parts as it makes it bitter and gross.

Dandelion flowers give my milk tea a well-rounded flavor. A wonder plant!

I tried some dandelion seeds today and they are pretty good. Kind of reminds me a bit of sunflower seeds, they are surprisingly nutty and pleasant. I think I'm going to harvest some and try making flour also try them where I would use nuts and seeds, like salads or stir fries.

If I had a spare acre or two of land I would probably experiment with cultivation of theses plants. There really good for honey production and it would be interesting to see how much latex you could get from one acre.

One of my dandelions produced a dark green seed color. What does that mean? The plant looked healthy overall.

I have never seen dark green dandelion seeds. It might be, under ripe seeds.

Late comment, BUT what about burning off the white parts? I guess would only be helpful if you harvested many?
