[INGREDIENTS]
- 250 gm potatoes cut like french fries
- 1/2 Cup all purpose flour(maida)
- 1/2 Cup cornflour(cornstarch)
- Some salt
- Add some water to make thick paste
- 2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped ginger garlic
- 2 green chillies
- 1 Medium sized roughly sliced onion
- 1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
- 3 Tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 Tsp crushed black pepper
- 1/2 Cup water
- Conrnflour slurry (1 Tbsp cornflour + 2 Tbsp water)
- 1 Tsp red food color - optional
- 1 & 1/2 Tbsp honey
- Some sesame seeds

Honest review: I tried it today. And I'd say, it was similar to what you eat at street restaurants.
Since it's the second time I've ever cooked something, I can say that if you cook often and if you follow the recipe and the steps properly you'll be amazed by how good it tastes.
Also, i used 4 potatoes (250gm) which proved to be a lot. I miscalculated the amount of sauce and it wasn't enough. I think 2-3 potatoes is enough if you're trying it for the first time.
I'm 15 years old and love to cook and bake. This recipe is just soo good. My whole family enjoys when I make this.

Hi,I tried Honey glazed chilli potatoes recipe today.It came out very well.Tasted 100% as restaurant style.Loved it.Only point I would like to tell you here is that, while putting potatoes in the oil,you have shown that you are taking handful of potatoes.It is clinging together .So,it's better if we can put single coated piece of potato one by one....instead of putting as bunch of them.Taste is awesome.Going to try your other recipes too.... Thanks for posting.
