Real nice Perch! Only time I ever fished Moss Landing was next to the ...I dunno marina entrance I suppose, near a jetty. We caught 25 Perch that day, was crazy. All smaller than yours though.
@@rodoutdoors Was my only time surf fishing. We used these tiny Gulp plastics, very small weird looking. He got them at Coyote Bait n Tackle, they suggested it. They are probably in a video I did years ago. Worked great. He said he he'd never caught that many before. We had a contest...me 12 perch, him 13. Was really fun.
Dude Im so glad I found this video,I'm from Salinas but I moved to Vegas about 7 years ago because it was getting a little rough and Iv been fishing since I was 4 I really miss fishing, miss landing, Monterey, Carmel , Marina all those places I'm visiting next month in September, do you think I could join you for a day if fishin ?

good size perch, ..... salinas river stripers hardly bites hard sand crabs...

Thanks for watching! Actually I would avoid the surf this weekend and probably the next. With the storm, the surf will be pretty sketchy.
