I just saw that I didn’t answer your question about how I got to know Rosie and my favorite songs of hers. Well it started from me watching white Christmas, then figuring out all the other shows/movies she was in. My favorite songs of hers is: Love is a Feeling, why don’t you haul off and love me one more time, half as much, and many others from her show :)

Also : would you have liked the songs if they had been sung by someone else / or, has your love for Rosemary Clooney everything to do with her voice, and with the way she sings and performs them ?
Here in Britain this was a hit for Alma Cogan, maybe you've heard of her? Currently waiting for Rosie's DVD t ocome back in stock on amazon, but thanks for telling me where you got the clips from! The Hugs & Kisses verse must've been made for this show
