(1)-Ministers are individually responsible to president And Censure motion is brought by any member of parliament against individual minister or group of ministers.
(2)--Difference no confidence motion comes against entire cabinet or govt and if it approves by speaker then govt falls down but in Censure motion govt don't fall down .
(3)--T.T krishnachari was vice president of constituent assembly of India .

Sir I just completed both cycle of Indian constitution...sir please tell me how to learn all important articles it's very difficult 😑
best way is to download pdf of the constitution and just browse the list of articles given in the beginning...it wud take only 30 minutes...do it at least 10 times before the exam...each revision will take smaller time...last one, 10th, may take only 2-3 minutes...
