Hi Olga first of all thank you so much for sharing all your wonderful recipes with us. I have a question if I can not find young coconuts it can be replaced by cashews? If I can what do you consider it could be the right amount of cashews for a stable consistency? Thank you so much!🙏💚
My dear, if you use cashews, it’s gonna be a classic cashew cream. You can use any of previous cashew cream recipes: frosting from Baked Carrot cake, filling from Lemon Baked Cake (just reduce lemon juice and add extra vanilla). If you want coconut cashew cream, check my two Raspberry raw cakes, they both are delicious and creamy.
Great recipe! But I have a family member who is allergic to chocolate; is there a substitute for the cacao butter? (I have another who can't have cashews; I assume macadamias would be an acceptable substitute....) Thank you!
People usually have an allergy not to chocolate but to caffeine. Caffeine is contained in cacao powder and cacao paste, but it is not in cacao butter. Ask deeper about your family members' allergies. I have never met a person with an allergy to cacao butter.
I do not have a foal to create classic desserts that are allergy-friendly. I make new desserts that are without eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, refined sugar and no artificial colorants. Some of my desserts are also nut, seed, coconut-free,c an be caffeine free.
Beautiful work❤

Hi Olga I am intolerant to cashew can I replace cashew with another ingredient ?
Kindly advise
Thank you
In this recipe, instead of cashews, use 50 gr of fresh coconut meat additionally to the written coconut meat + extra 10 gr cacao butter.
Thank you.
What does it taste like?
Like coconut silky cream. If you love coconut desserts, you will love it.
@@MyPlantCake - I do. I will try this. Thank you. You have a new subscriber
Do you know a recipe to make dairy free custard?

@@MyPlantCake - I am not looking for allergic friendly. I’m looking for dairy free custard. That means no milk, no eggs or corn flour.
