Nice lesson. When it's blowing hard from the east it can wrap around at that launch, making the wind seem more southernly. Take a trip to the top and see if it's blowing hard out of rattle snake canyon, consider flying another day. It's not nice to fool with mother nature. You had it made though there are some bailout roads even further north from the runway. Good luck with your flying , lesson learned

Your launch run was not solid...It looked like the wing drug you off the hill..... It looked like penetration was a BIG issue as well..Im glad you made it down safe...
Not my kind of flight, straight to the LZ for me. Also it's honking uptop and in the LZ and you waited too long getting out of the harness and coming upright. Transition of your hands to the uprights was late. You made a bad decision to fly.

I flew. This guy is all over the place. Yaw and trouble with harness at launch. Better go back to training hill or get if f’n shape. 😂
We all make a choice at launch, not thinking this pilot felt great about this one.
First part on launch, looks like a a real struggle, or challenge. Was it tricky getting balanced or just the camera, fooling the viewer ?
