Great video Alex! Couldn’t agree more a ton of leverage as a buyer and movement with those list prices. 🙌🏼🙏🏻

It is not heating up? It’s seasonal…happens every year, this isn’t any real sign that the real estate market is recovering, it’s only the beginning. Takes years for a housing decline to pan out. Never listen to a realtor.

Maybe we should start listening to magic eight balls for real estate advice instead of realtors!

Don’t you think of a bunch of sellers are getting ready to put their house on the market that that will continue to drive prices down since inventory will be higher

No because we need a lot of houses with all the buyer demand. I’d say there are about 10 buyers for every 1 good listing.
More listings will help balance out the market and make it so buyers don’t have to bid so much over asking.

@@Denver.real.estate copy what’s your theory on that? Are they not selling homes or they relocating from out of the area which means other areas will have more housing available

@@lukem3067 Most of them would most likely be renters.

@@Denver.real.estate I wonder what that does to the rental market if we get an influx of rental properties

There’s zero data to prove Denver’s housing market has bottomed. Quite the opposite actually, demand is dropping and inventory is still increasing currently over 40 days. Not sure what realtors are smoking

@@Denver.real.estate will a realtor ever tell you its the wrong time to buy? I've never heard it...the last people you should listen to in regards to the economy and markets is a realtor.

Haha, totally NOT true. Bro, as a realtor, stop lying to people. Isn't that negligence by lying?

@Living in Boulder Colorado - Alex Miller that the market is heating back up. Every statistic out there reflects that is NOT true. So you are lying to buyers and sellers when you say that.

@@charlessuggs9297 Would love to see your data. This is literally what is going on in the market.

@Living in Boulder Colorado - Alex Miller I know you wanna sell houses, but they are SITTING, same as Florida because of the influx of California residents have slowed down, due to the housing market slowing down in California. That gives them incentive to stay there. There are more idle homes sitting on the market in CO NOW than have been in 2 or so years, partially due to this. Realtors are some of the only ones not telling people the truth because they want to keep selling houses. Why, because it benefits your bank account.
