Don't be too surprised. Pourchaire comes from the F1 pipeline, and that hybdrid system he has a much better grasp on than a lot of the Indy guys. Would love for him to have a proper indy seat, or honestly, the man is beyond deserving of an F1 seat along with Liam Lawson, but that's for another time hahah

Enough street circuits. Please! Bring back the purpose built road circuits like Watkins Glen. That’s where Indy cars race best. These cramped tight street circuits have no character.
Hard disagree, all types are good. Road, oval and street. Variety is great
Definitely disagree, we have 6 purpose built road courses, 6 short oval races across 4 tracks, 4 street circuits and only 1 super speedway, I would rather see a 16 round championship with 8 oval races, 4 on short ovals and 4 on super speedways with no double headers, and 8 road races with 4 races on purpose built road courses and 4 races on street circuits, that way it's a balanced schedule
@@mathewhosier9739 That sounds like a perfect balance of styles and venues, But, then I'm Old School, So anytime 50% of the venues are on oval tracks, bull rings and superspeedways I'll be more than happy with that schedule!

Some of these street circuits look like literal trash. IndyCar needs to step up the aesthetic appeal of these street circuits if they're going to have so many of them. I feel like I'm watching Bolivian F3.
It's real racing. Do you even have it in your veins? Indy has no obligation to provide a spectacle to you that is visually attractive. That goes for your partner, too. He/She's not here for your entertainment.
