- Cerberus Limb is a unique sceptre which drops exclusively from Ahuatotli, the Blind in the Grand Architect's Temple in the Azurite Mine. This sceptre fills a niche which provides a level of both offensive and defensive stats coming from the weapon slot, with customization of which stats are gained via the choice of shield.

This series is a blast, iam still working on a str stacker with broken faith and the apostathe, going for "counterattacks deal double damage" champion i think! :)
What about using in some early league scenario as Cerberus Limb + Dawnbreaker + Corrupted soul before one gets enough resources to transition into more powerful setup.

Hate to always bring in ruthless, but if anyone here ever wants to play anything spell related in ruthless, this weapon is very easy farmable and exarch shield also is. This combo is smth no one considers for endgame in base game, but its prob bis in ruthless for weeks

my first actual build i followed used this item, it was a CI blade vortex occultist using this, indancescant heart and a bunch of other uniques, worked well for casual like me back in delve league
Just realized it's an animal paw, and upon further research, Cerberus is the hound of Hades...

Nice unique. I'm currently using it on my ice nova of frostbolts hierophant in ssf. I need the spell leech because i'm using unique gloves and don''t have a cluster with doryani's yet.

The first build i ever played was a chieftain incenerate cast while channeling volatile dead that used this. I think it was Betrayal league. As bad as im sure it was by todays standards, that character and this item will always have a special place in my heart 😊

Unfortunately not, that would be pretty OP though!
Tha main problem with cerberus limbs now imo is that after certain point you lose too much damage by not using a rare weapon, or some other unique that gives more damage.
I still use it sometimes usually early on with dawnbreaker to get ok damage, sustain and block but most builds outgrow it eventually.
used that either with Enki's Arc Witch build in Delve league or one of those PoEbuilds channels that somehow worked...

would dawn breaker work with it? it has way more than 30 but does just the actual block chance change or the block chance of the shield in general which the scepter cares about? if so, then you would just have spell leach for a short time right?
The minus block per fire damage taken is global so it doesn't impact the leech condition, Dawnbreaker is a great synergy with a good armour roll
@@dreamcore_gg wow, thats suprising. are you totally sure about that? i would assume that the leech effect stops as soon as you have taken enough damage since the effect keeps checking your blockchance and at a certain point, it would be below 30 :o

Modifiers like this aren't always very clear if they're global or not, but most of the time it's more straightforward(fe. The Anticipation mod in the vid)
@@dreamcore_gg i dont really get the difference between local and global regarding that mod. i only know it for mods like "increased energy shield" for example. if its local, it just increases the es the item provides, if its global then it applies to all sources of es.
but here, the block chance only applies to the block chance of the shield. so i would have assumed its local. if its global, can it also lower your block chance of passive skill tree nodes?
and why would it beeing local ruin the mod but it beeing global doesnt? i dont get it :/
@@dreamcore_gg does determined survivor REPLACE the shields block chance or just treat it as 50 for calculation?
i swear i have looked through the wiki a thousand times but never seen any of these uniques. you just make them up and suddenly they appear ingame

LOL! That unique is used A LOT in Ruthless and SSF Ruthless. Edit* Last league anyways, this league I hated so quit day three so not sure whats going on, just playing perma ssf ruthless this league.

it could use some buffs. it just seems so underwhelming I wouldnt even equip it on league start even if it would fit my build
Sirgog is a PoE institution, but at least for me I like this series more than the end game uniques. Last time I tried to farm taste of hate on ssf I played like for one week, and skipped league. On the other hand I organically see a lot more of this underrated uniques, so I’m more interested in seeing what is possible,
