Sorry. Boat is for sale and is at the brokers marina so don't really have access as its in the showroom inside. But it has a 'notch' that it locks into. Pull the arm over to get it out of that notch and it flips up towards the front of the boat. Hook a link to the hook then flip it back down till the arm locks into the notch. Similar to this but instead of a locking pin it has the notch www.amazon.com/SeaLux-Marine-Stainless-Tension-Retainer/dp/B013WLMIAS/ref=asc_df_B013WLMIAS/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=693769151228&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=17426471892272811514&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9006294&hvtargid=pla-767904633034&psc=1&mcid=b61f7101c8873ea7b86512dc261674d1&gad_source=1
Yes it was. The relay is back near the battery switch and I mounted the contactor behind the cupholder below the throttle controls. The wires run up the starboard side. On my 2006 the wires were tucked in between that forward bulkhead. Take the starboard side speaker out of the front bulkhead. There are 2 layers of plywood with about a 1" gap between them. The wires were tucked down in that gap. I cut a 1/2 circle into the hole for the speaker and ran the wires into that cutout into the anchor locker. There are also 2 wires for the foot controls if you want to install those too. I did not install foot controls but left the wires tied up near the back of the anchor locker in case I decided to add them later
@@danhaynes1967 ok great I have a 2018 286sc that didn’t have winch fitted to it. Has anchor switch and everything just no anchor . In the anchor well there is positive and negative that is just capped off in there .
@@frankkhamo4293 Use a volt meter to see if you have power there. Be sure your relay is set too. You would have to hit the power button to get juice to it.
Can you make a short video showing how the chain safety pull down works
