Breamore House "Machinery and Power of the Past" 2023

July 8/9th 2023 saw The "Machinery and Power of the Past" Show held at Breamore House near Fordingbridge, Hants. Probably one of the finest displays of stationary engines since the pre-covid Beaulieu gatherings and thus a worthy successor to Beaulieu. The Breamore estate kindly hosted the event within the walled gardens and maintains a large museum dedicated to past times and agricultural machinery including some very fine early tractors. There are also several recreated rooms and trade occupations on show within the museum buildings. Of course there is also the historic Breamore house itself and tea rooms/farm shop. This video is a overview of some of the 85+ engines on display brought together by Dennis, Chris Mike etc for the weekend. Sorry if I have missed your exhibit but there were too many fine engines to be truly comprehensive. Looking forward to 2024......
