Qamar Cheema I am a Kashmiri Pandit and have faced this exodus. We were ask to convert leave our women behind. My cousin sister was raped her breast cut off her body was cut into two with a carpenter saw while she was alive. Men were hanged on the pole to died. This is a fact. We lost our ancestral home our roots our culture our language our heritage. Just because we refused to change our dharma. Jagmohan governor had nothing to do with it. It was a radical religious attack. Till date we are not able to return to our homeland. Qamar Cheema before you talk about Kashmir think about the Kashmir Pandits before you open your mouth.
We Indians can feel the pain of Kashmiri pandits . Qumar cheema will never understand because his religion teaches him to torture non Muslims specially Hindu.

Kashmir is an integral Part of India both legally and culturally.The Indian Independence Act gave the Princely states the power to choose between India and Pakistan. Nehru wanted to give these powers to the people, but it was Jinnah who insisted that these powers must be with the KIngs only. Further it was Pakistan who invaded Kashmir by violating the standstill agreement with Maharaja Hari Singh. India is legally entitled to have the whole of the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Culturally Kashmir has always been a place of Hindu, Buddhist civilisation and even after Islam became a dominant faith, the Pandits and hindu majority of jammu remained a sizeable minority. Just because there is an armed insurgency, India will never let go of Kashmir. Pakistan can cry and bleed itself dry for kashmir, India ko jhaat farak nahi padta.

Pakistan keeps on talking about UN resolution of Kashmir of a vote on Kashmir.
Pakistan itself violated the UN resolution on Kashmir. The first condition of UN resolution on Kashmir is that the pakistan army must 100% withdraw it's army from pakistan occupied Kashmir.
Pakistan never ever fulfilled this commitment which it agreed in UN resolution.
Secondly UN resolution is applicable if the conflicting parties are not able to reach a consensus. In 1971 by shimla agreement the pakistan and indian goverment decided to solve the issue bilaterally.
This bilateral agreement was further condoned by the famous lahore declaration in 1999 between pakistan and india.
Existence of bilateral agreement between two nations made the UN resolution Redundant and non applicable.
Pakistan After commuting itself :
1. UN resolution - pakistan backtracked
2. 1971 shimla agreement pakistan back tracked
3. 1999 lahore declaration pakistan backtracked and infact back stabbed by kargil war.
4. Even 2004 agreement between India and Pakistan failed due to Mumbai attacks.
Indian goverment whether led by Congress or BJP , were left with no choice but to harden it's stand against Pakistan.
Pakistan establishment took undue advantage of peacemaking leaders of india like Vajpayee ji and Dr. Manmohan Singh.
And now a hardline nationalist modi is proving to be difficult for pakistan.
Pakistan is, was and will always be a backstabbing nation when it comes to commitment. This rouge nation pakistan even backstabbed the father of its nuclear program Dr Abdul Kadir Khan, what can we expect from this nation.

Cheema calls it a "story" yet these guys are so well informed if there is small incident involving their community. The way he makes his opening comments shows his shallow understanding of the Kashmir issue of which they are the so called champions.
Cheema Bashani is not from Kashmir, he is from Jammu, there are no Kashmiris in POJK and stop calling people of POJK as kashmiri, most of them are paharis or mirpuris or punchis, not even a single person in this area can speak kashmiri language.

Bro yes he is not from kashmir but he is also not from Jammu either if POJK has ever been part of indian J&K then J&K state just not have 2 divisions alone ie Jammu division & kashmir division alone but it also have Poonch division & even in PoJK except for Bhimber district & Mirpur district which were once Dogras & Gujjar dominated and might be part of Jammu division but rest of POJK right from kotli district to Muzzfrabad must have been part of poonch division & The same poonch division is mostly inhibited by pahadi ethnicity dominated people's which have their own culture customs cusin language & very different ways of living vis a vis Dogras of Jammu even large part of our india North kashmir Based Baramula district & Kupwara district is inhibited by pahadis not by Kashmiris alone unfortunately since india has just 2 pahadi ethnicity dominated districts of Rajouri & Poonch that's why some people thinks that PoJK districts could have been part of Jammu division despite pahadis ethnicity has nothing in common with Dogras of Jammu & There has been some reason why Pakistan called people of POJK as Kashmiri there's a reason behind it which may not be genuinely valid but compulsive As in 1947 & 1965 large majority of pahadi peoples from Indian North kashmir pahadi belt migrated to POJK that's why these peoples were called as Kashmiris there but today it's unfortunate that POJK pahadis peoples are not able to speak fluently there pahadis language even their own pahadi culture is in Denger thanks to punjabi demographic changes in POJK

His warning on the encouragement that Islamist fanatics and extremists due to Taliban occupation of Afghanistan must be taken seriously.
Qamar Cheema must be congratulated for the presentation of Kashmir situation. Especially since the presentation goes directly against the state policy and public sentiments in Pakistan.
Must add that Pakistan considers the ethic cleansing of Hindus in Kashmir as a ‘story’. They have no feeling of remorse for the pain inflicted and still being inflicted on innocent Hindus.
