Hey Chris, I think a great video idea would be an interview with your uncle. How he got started and maybe some of the challenges he's encountered over the years.
Volvo has 2 videos one where they’re talking to John and one where they spent a day with Chris, both are several years old if you haven’t seen them they’re worth a watch
Big Brother is watching and listening. Funny that you ask this because as I scrolled down in my TH-cam suggestions it was there. A Volvo Construction Equipment channel video for Guins Excavating Service with baby-faced Chris and John from 10 years ago.
I wonder if we’re going to get to see that huge pond dam restoration project that you bid a while back? That one looked like it was going to quite involved! 👍🏻
I imagine Mr DP would love to come across some good clay for his pond escapades rather than the rock he last encountered, lol. I enjoy the process of all these builds, helps me here in NM with dirt plans in the making! Keep up the honest work!
One Huge Job Finished and onto the next one and its the 1/2 Acre Pond Build - Good Clay to Start and some real Good Progress indeed ! High Speed Dozer - now that You do not see every Day - ha-ha ! Great Job and Tomorrow is another Day ! Lovely Video and many Cheers from us in Australia !!!!
As Jed Clampett used to say. Well doggies, that's shapping up to be another awesome little pond build and I was happy to check out my YouBoob feed and see Chris had posted one. Anyone else got that end music stuck in their brain from watching so much Chris Letsdig18 videos. I know I do.
Exactly, I have exactly the same comment as you. It's really great to be able to watch this synchronization of the work done, because we have a certain forgetfulness of the events that it is. Congratulations or whatever you achieve and really I expect continuity until the last video. A BIG HATS OFF TO CHRIS for everything he shows us in all these videos from the beginning. Thank you for your courage and your self-sacrifice so that the work is carried out as your instinct guides you in LIFE. BRAVO TO YOU MR.
Already looking good.darn never saw a dozer move so fast spreading dirt, darn you're good 😁 Wish I could get my semi to move that fast my work would take half the time 😁
You must be happy and have some relief now that Mr.B's pond is completed. This should be fun with the build on this one!! Congrats from ur sub from Oregon 👍
Already accomplished quite a bit of work on the pond dam, with John last week and now both of you starting the completion of the project.good job as always 👍👍👍😎😎😎
Just watched the video of you and Mr. Bealy Good talking about the pond build. Interesting stuff. You both have a good sense of humor. He failed to ask how much fuel it took to do the job. You should have a contest to see who can guess the amount. Another great start to a pond.
Nice to have the dirt you need running that deep and that length. The haul trucks sure save time and effort, moving that much material in one load is what they are built for though. The added bonus with the haul truck with a load is that it makes a nice compactor to boot. Thanks for the ride along sir.
This dam looked crisp from the get go. Nice. Really liked the time lapse work with the dozer. Was very satisfying to see that. Great video with good pace. Be well. ;)
How cool would it be if Chris had the time to go visit Cerro Gordo and help Brent out with all his heavy equipment stuff for a week? That'd be one awesome collab. Shame they are on opposite sides of the country.
This is going to be quite a change from a 5 month project on the Bealy Good 5 acre pond... to a 5 day project on the unknown 1/2 acre pond. No tree dropping. No chainsawing. No stump pulling. Just digging and pushing dirt. Different, but refreshing!
Excellent! Glad to see that you're right back at it! I'm waiting for the Grand Canyon project. I can hardly wait. But a project like that must a logistic nightmare. The 220? The 250??!!(I hope so) EVERYTHING???!! There's a hole in the ground that needs fixing.
Looks like you have become the go to contractor when it comes to building ponds. But has long as it keeps money on the bank, fuel in the equipment, and food on the table, no problem.
Well, thank God Chris that you don't have to remove a million trees and stumps on this one like you had to do on Beally Good Farms. This one should be a piece of cake for you. You sure deserve an easy one, that's for sure.
And its a Monday - Thursday Uncle Jon`s job pond build. No matter if it`s Pond Master Chris or Uncle Jon - the Guins family know their excavation work.
must be a hell of a lot of water in the Carolina's as many ponds as you build , we don't have enough water to grow grass for the cattle let alone a pond
I am sure that it is exceptionally hard on the machines, but I do keep hoping to catch you needing to clear another area that has large rocks. There was something so enjoyable watching you get that jackhammer on your machine and breaking apart those rocks. And, it was also just as entertaining to me seeing you try to dig out a little rock only to find out that it's nearly as big as your excavator. Again, I can't see any way that such work is anything but super rough on your machines and as much as I hope you don't have to put your gear through that sort of a hell, there is a part of me that keeps hoping to see more giant rocks.
Dammit Man ! Your Good on that finish dozer !! lolol... Yeah, you and Unk got a hell of a hole started there...lolol... Like ya said, it will all blend in after ya take what clay ya need ... Great start Chris, on to day 3...lolol... Have a Great Evening man !! Great as always, And , On too the Next....
I watched bealy good's video 'time to pay', enjoyed it, but it got me thinking in that video you said it took about a thousand truck loads, I wonder what the 250 and the 30 would have taken? I know it's John's gear but you are building smaller ponds with the big stuff. Is it cost to buy or cost to run. I loved the journey gr8 work and thank you.

@@jamesmelton37KS ok, thanks I'll take a look.
@@chadvanbrocklin7732 typed “Volvo john chris” and a couple videos came up
@@chadvanbrocklin7732 Dirt Perfect did an interview with Chris and he talks about John buying the business from his dad (Chris's grandpa).

It's amazing what 2 seasoned operators can do in a day. Onward to the next video!
Yay, a new pond project. All be it small, but a new pond none the less😊 Take care & cheers 🐨🦘🥰
27:36 love the time lapse and music.
What beautiful red clay on this job.
Man , Brutus is a pond digging BEAST !!!! Great vid Chris
The time lapse of blading off that last lift was brilliant. Very fun to watch.
Best regards from Indiana.
Always love to watch you build a pond. There’s a process there. Enjoy the dozer views!!
I wonder if we’re going to get to see that huge pond dam restoration project that you bid a while back? That one looked like it was going to quite involved! 👍🏻
Love the new pond jobs
Loved the video and the music! Loved watching u and John working together. Awesome pond project. God's blessings and be careful!
Looking really good Chris 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Every project there is clay 3/5/10 ft down. Is lucky or is this NC all over? I am astounded as I can't dig anywhere in my garden without finding stone

Love watching you build ponds. You run every piece of equipment so well, it's a joy to watch you move dirt. Thanks for bringing us along, Chris.
I do like the time lapse makes it easier to see what you're doing. Good job tks for sharing xx
Loving these pond builds
Looking good already. I love finding random treestands in almost every pond build you do, beautiful Looking properties
Magic Man Pond Master at it again. I bet after doing a 5 acre Pond this is a drop in the bucket. Very cool Thanks for sharing 👍
As Jed Clampett used to say.

Anyone else got that end music stuck in their brain from watching so much Chris Letsdig18 videos.
I know I do.
The time lapse with music is always my favorite part
What else would one do on a lovely sunny autumn/fall day than build a small pond - nice clay too as a bonus.

This looks likes it's going to be a nice little job, with John's larger Volvo certainly makes moving dirt easy.

Lovely, a new project to look forward to. It's late night video for me. Good luck Chris.
Evening, Chris, everyone.
love the sound of the hydraulic cylinders when the boom goes down for another scoop…it sounds like a beast taking a huge breath.
I LOVE IT when you “park all the equipment in a row”!!!…..LOOKS SO IMPRESSIVE!!!!😎💰👍🏾
Good looking red clay!!!
The summer of ponds still going 👍👍👍👍👍🙂
The pond looks great so far 👌👍great job 👏
Great job buddy and great video as always buddy 😎👊🏻👍🏻

At 12:37 Chris' voice was actually louder than the machine! GREAT!
Nice video Chris great job you make it look easy 👍 😀
Loved the new bond build gees you moved a lot of dirt can't wait for the next video 😀

As much as I enjoyed the Bealy Good pond build I’m ready to see you working on other projects. This is going to be a good short project.

Oh a new lil baby pond…this is gonna be fun!
love that super fast dozer!
You would think these two have done this before? 😉 Chris makes this look to easy, when it is not.
All experts make anything look easy.
Yes especially when he keeps the blade level..I chop out big chunks 😅😅😅
Great new job great video thanks Chris and John
Nice video and music

Here we go folks another pond.
Thanks for the video Chris

Old Dawn new Smile! Hi Chris👋
If you haven't watched the Volvo Guins Construction video with Chris and his Uncle John you're missing out.
Looks like you have become the go to contractor when it comes to building ponds. But has long as it keeps money on the bank, fuel in the equipment, and food on the table, no problem.

I think that's the first pond dam you didn't have to knock down any trees.
Building a mosquito factory in my back yard would be down on the list.
Thats got to be a tremendous amount of torque on that dozers drivetrain
Looks great Chris always enjoy your videos 🇺🇸
And its a Monday - Thursday Uncle Jon`s job pond build. No matter if it`s Pond Master Chris or Uncle Jon - the Guins family know their excavation work.
Another big job for the pond master make good work
Great video 👍 👍
I have a feeling after the 5 acre pond chris is glad to do a few smaller jobs.
You'al are my favorite vide
nice video chris a can thank jou have a nice day
NICE. RETIRED 77, USAF, VFW.
SALUDOS CHRIS, ANOTHER GREAT VIDEO AS ALWAYS, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. G.B.Y.
must be a hell of a lot of water in the Carolina's as many ponds as you build , we don't have enough water to grow grass for the cattle let alone a pond
Kevin from C&C Equipment would want that 90 on top of the smoke stack facing back toward the cab.
Now that a fast dozen spreading there. If Chris really could work that fast they would be done in a day. 😁
good pond video
Neat stuff 😎👍. Enjoyed watching
Seems you did what I thought you might do, and that is pack in the clay with the dump truck.
I bet it's nice to come to a site and not have to STUMP !!! And see a project to maybe be complete in week or so and not in months !!! 🤔 🙃 🙂
Wow that's a fast Dozer in the end lol Chris 🙂
This will be fun to see. 5 acres to half acres
MM77 Approved 👍🏼👍🏼
Like the new project backyard Pond .
Nice job!!
Time lapse is very cool, gives a great visual of what you by a lift (think that's what you called it).
No compactor on this job?
You should invest in a D-10. 👍

Well at least you have to clearing and burn anything on this pond .
...lookin' good , nice work, keep safe
I dig up in the northeast where there’s many rocks Iit looks like easy digging down there
Can you line the Haul truck dump bed with a graphite or silicone coating to prevent dirt from sticking to the steel which prevents full use the bed?
I am confused, why no roller? Very cool time lapse. Thank you and have a great day tomorrow.
Something satisfying watching the dirt roll up and over in front of the blade...just saying.
Hey look no trees 🤣🤣🤣 this should be one easy job for you and john 👍👍😎
Dammit Man ! Your Good on that finish dozer !! lolol... Yeah, you and Unk got a hell of a hole started there...lolol... Like ya said, it will all blend in after ya take what clay ya need ... 🤠
Well for basically 2 days on it it is coming along well bro. Looks a nice spot too. Safe travels.
Great great another Chris BOND I mean Pond film 📽️ can't wait 🏋️🤪(just found out Chris Dirt Perfect is trying to be the next Pound🤺)🤣
I watched bealy good's video 'time to pay', enjoyed it, but it got me thinking in that video you said it took about a thousand truck loads, I wonder what the 250 and the 30 would have taken? they're ever decreasing in size - 10 acre, 5 acre, now 1/2 acre. Will we see rain puddles with clay dams and straws for overflow pipes yet?
Chris thanks for sharing! Kevin
