Not necessarily, because there can be other people with claims to the throne and other questions of succession. The prince or princess might not be legitimate under the feudal laws, even if they are the direct child of the king or queen. Ergo, until you're crowned, you remain a princess.

When somebody bullies you, just say: "Maze in your face!".
It will make their brain pop!
If i had to guess, her explaination of Akira was either longer in the Japanese version, or the English version pulled a Bandai Namco and translated it word for word without trying to match the lip movement
Judging by the warning, this might be the lost prequel to Sins of the Sisters...
Turns out, based on the Japanese version of this OVA (where we hear Sakura Tange give the worst performance of her career, whilst legendary voice actress Kotono Mitsuishi, best known as Sailor Moon and Misato, gave the worst performance of her career as Maze), the line at 3:22 is supposed to be at 3:42. Shows how despite occasionally licensing some good anime (Utena, and I even liked the Gall Force trilogy), Central Park Media was a bunch of clowns at times.
This anime made me laugh a lot harder than I expected since you said the anime is known for "What The Fuck?!"
Oh my various gods. The Kung Pow line gave me the same out of nowhere gut laughs that it did the first time I saw it in the movie.
When's the Kung Pow line?
I feel this is the best episode of anime abandon there's just something about this episode I find truly hilarious.
I was tricked into watching this by someone i once trusted.
Maze has destroyed a part of my life, I'll never get it back, I am broken.
You can never go wrong with a Kung Pow Enter The Fist. NOT EVER!
I call her Jaina Proundmore, but then again I'm Brazilian, and we pronounce things differently.
I call her "Mordekaiser numero uno huehuehuehuehue".
;)
now add a "v" in front of it and it's rated m for mature XD
PedroFelix
V'Jaina Proudmoore.
hee hee
The thumbnail alone told me I was going for a ride and after seeing the review I was right.
HOLY SHIT, GALL FORCE HAS A SEQUEL?????!!!!!!! HOW AM I JUST FINDING OUT THIS NOW?!!!
Give this show some credit. This pixie is FAR less annoying then that thing from Black Clovrr.
Thanks for the headsup, Sage. Squicky armor, ON!
Anime AND Phoenix Suns fan? You'd do well at my house!
♪ ♫ ♬ 遠のけばあまねく SAGE IN YOUR FACE 惑わされ ♪ ♫ ♬
0:00 oh god. it's gonna be one of THOSE anime series.
We had no idea
*WHY* do I keep coming back here!? Has the stay-at-home become THAT bad!? ..............Yes, yes it has!
28:58 hey look it's that one guy from game of thrones
maze is pretty much every modern anime inside an ova in other words PURE HORROR
My face lit up when Sage pulled up that copy of gall force 2.
Mark Lane I just watched the episode last night.
11:38 sums up this anime pretty well.
This Maze sounds like a masterpiece. Now I NEED to read the manga.
That'll be 4 bucks, baby! 'You want fries with that! XD
"HE JUST LEFT!!... WITH NUTS!!!!"
Thankfully for the anime creators... It isn't unusual for coronations to actually be required to become King or Queen. So yeah she can still be a Princess. Though at least this Princess has an excuse unlike Princess Peach, Princess Zelda, Princess Celestia, and the mountain of other Princess Rulers who find the Queen title "Too icky"
I thought the supplemental materials said Peach was acting as regent for her mentally incompetent father.
realitywarper93 Peach needs a regent then since she's just as incompetent. Look at how many times she's been kidnapped by Bowser.
Nionivek Yeah, those princesses need to "Queen It Up" already! It's been over 30 years, for God's sake!
John McHenry
Peach "kidnapped"/"abducted"? HA! We all know by now what's really going on between Peach & Bowser.
Nionivek Zelda has a father in half of the Zelda games, in twilight princess she is the queen, and in skyward sword she's not royalty.
Maze is an adventure like the trek through blighttown is a day at the national fair. Fantastic review though, you were on point.
Gotta say, Big sister brother sounds like a new TLC series about a transgender person.
24:35 - What you thought happened
Vs
24:24 - What actually happened
Hikari Kibago
😇 24:35
😈 24:24
I clicked like on the video before even watching it but holy shit it was definitely a right guess to make. I haven't laughed this hard in a while.
THAT'LL BE FOUR BUCKS BABY! YOU WANT FRIES WITH THAT?!
MAIZE IN YOUR FACE. I FUCKING LOVE CORN!
"Let's fighting loooove!"
you coulde say the anime is aMAZEingly bad.
you know, you could, but shouldnt
Every time I look at this, I'm thinkful CPM is out of business
nice use of The IT Crowd
Me: Oh, the title card shows Sage getting annoyed by some faeries, looks like it will be fun
Beginning of episode: Warning!
Me: welp...
9:58 Captain Linkara is best captain.
I've seen bad voice acting but they literally voice it like it's a children's story
it's never a good sign when the Engineer has to give a warning.
