    Nothing new here I generally put whatever I'm running outside for like a hour or two just to get it acclimated to the weather it helps a little I have noticed getting rain x glass cleaner helps a little as well it was a good lunch but all that flying snow has to go somewhere what's the slash had a fender kit to keep the snow out of it so it would not get way down so fast nice video and your audio is still good 👍

      @RCKnockout  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Glad to hear you think the audio still sounded alright….on a windy day it’ll sound like garbage though…seems kinda counter intuitive…I try to keep my rc cars as warm as possible right up to the point of running them in the cold…with the hope that the plastic will stay more flexible

      @@RCKnockout ok I ended up getting the extreme heavy duty from Traxxas just for cold weather for the Hoss but it works slash and rustler what I like about it is the color choices I even ended up getting some for my two-wheel drive slash it's I ran my Hoss up the old barn it's about four stories high and I didn't realize the other side was nothing but galvanized metal all I could do was punch it straight down hoping when it hit the lip it would flyover the old tractor that's been sitting out there for years and that didn't work came down on it hard and nothing broke so I got very lucky or it's just that good 👍

      I’ve thought about skis but for the price and the little use I would get out of them….it doesn’t seem worth it to me

    That's pretty funny looking. Maybe spray on wd40 on the underside so the snow won't stick.

      It’s not so much the underside that’s the issue…it’s the tires themselves..but maybe wd40 will work on the tires too

    It happens to the best of us! I put paddles on my Baja this winter and it was a huge failure in the snow.

    I've tried rain-x on my tires to help keep the snow and mud off.
    Looks like an 8s kinda day.. More power 🔋 nice park! Too bad about the mic, I didn't really notice anything different?

      Yeah it was snow man kinda weather….unfortunately for the Slash…does the Rain X work? I definitely noticed it when I was editing…glad you didn’t think so

      @RCKnockout I'm using Rain-x on my Proline trenchers on the XMAXX8S , I just rub it in with a cloth and let it dry. It seems to work well. I've got it all around the body as well. It makes the cleanups easier as well..
      Have a great day

    I’ve heard leaving the car outside to cool down before running helps but would that matter in wet snow?
