Welcome to Ultimate Survival Gear! Today, I have another Columbia boots review for you guys and this is Columbia Trailstorm Mid Waterproof boots review.
Let's start with some details:

So, after this Columbia Trailstorm Mid review, I think I might be upgrading my usual Columbia hiking shoes that I use on most of my hikes. Overall, excellent comfort level, great traction and stability. If you prefer lightweight hiking boots, you will definitely appreciate these.
Also, these Columbia Trailstorm boots already made it to a few online lists like best hiking boots 2021. Impressive!

These look like basketball shoes (specifically the Nike Hyperdunk series) with reinforcement layers. Not bad as a casual trail, trekking boot.

Let me ask: is it a warm shoe? Is it possible to wear it during winter? Here in Hungary the temperature is about -5-0 C during winter months.

I have the Newton Ridge 2. I do extreme terrain hiking, mountaineering etc and these boots are bad ass. Do you know how these compare to the Newton's

@@MikePlacerI have the lower cut shoes, and i love them! they look casual plus they are good for walking, runnning and easy to clean.!! And i buddy recently got the ones showed in the review and i hope they are just as good

One of the best that’s been on the market for a while is the Lowa Renegade mid gtx. Very versatile A/B shoe.

Very bad shoe - we had them not even a month! They are not waterproof- we walk in wet grass and socks are wet inside - there is. Crack where the fabric starts and really we will never buy Colombia again!! We spent money for waterproof shoes and this is not a good quality for this money! My wife and I bought one pair = same problems.
the problem is you not a columbia or a waterproof material, please read, how to work the membrane. the wet gras is hit your shoes and the micro air buble is going out of your waterproof membrane -

They are comfortable but not really breathable that’s really a big downside because nobody want sweaty feet
How is the material , do they last ?
They are really bad, they have a design error, the plastic tip cuts the textile material, I used them once a week and the third time they were already broken
They are not waterproof at all
Exactly- same problem happens to us - just walking on wet morning grass- completely wet inside - its a joke!!
Do not buy because it is not waterproof
How good is Columbia waterproofing? Can you stand in or walk through a puddle and zero water get in?
