Put a Honda half aluminium rad, mount the intercooler higher to the height of the existing pipe from the charger and connect it with a degreed silicone coupler then the cold side with a bend and next from the rad to the throttle body
Honestly think you need some outside help. Someone with supercharger knowledge. Nothing wrong with raising your hand for some help. Might be a good lesson for future builds
Id redo the bracket tenstioning the turdocharger. Make it a L bracket with adjustable rod ends. Then mount the intercooler straght to the supercharger outlet flange like mak a thick flange and just weld it like u got it on there if not a lil spacer for the bolts to stick up. Then fab that to a cad plate where the throttle used to be and put a pipe there with coupler. Like turdocharger, intercooler bolts to turdocharger, coupler pipe to manifold. Maybe get 2 of those rgb fans down as pushers maybe push pull with 4. And if u can get a nitrous kit to use as ur meth sprayer. Just make sure its pressuriezed to 80psi. U could get old school and use a garden sprayer as a interchiller. Use warm water. Its counter intuative but if ur iat are hot it takes less energy to heat up warm water therfore the evap effect works better. Nerd stuff i enjoy. I run a small performance company in the states. Odd performance group we work with odd engines in odd cars. I can send u a example of the odd stuff on insta. Hell ill just see u at PRI

Are you sure you don’t have an internal master cylinder leak, air in lines, or possibly expanding brake flex hoses? Stock brake systems are not supposed to be primed for them to function. They should hold hydraulic pressure regardless, without any sinking pedal movement when held.
The best option for the intercooler would be to use a water-to-air intercooler, which would keep the intake charge pipping short and make it much easier to route things where they need to go. Also for like every video on this I've been screaming that the throttle needs to be in front of the supercharger. You may also find that with the throttle in front of the supercharger that you wont need an intercooler.
The boost bypass enables correct idle under vacuum condition due to the fact that a blower be always blowin’… you also need some type of fuel regulator that is boost referenced to add fuel in proportion to the charge. If the car has a MAF there’s a good chance you could peg it if it’s calibrated to run OEM… Roots blowers create a lot of heat resulting in high IAT’s and detonation. Colder spark plugs (at least one range maybe two) and a water to air charge cooler with a heat exchanger are normal.
That great kid is going to look fire on the comp car definitely matches the color awesome.... And you're already invested in the little cake or van so I say send it until it blows and then if you have to just change the motor...
My only advice would be to keep the hot side by the exhaust manifold and run the cold side up the radiator and into the bay. Running it the other way (the way you described) seems like it would be inefficient and overly complicated.
I put some cartoon stickers on my car and replaced white normal dome lights with green LEDS. I also put some Dammit Sammit tape on the car where stuff broke most recently..
A same side intercooler might make your life a little bit easier. But would be cool to see this supercharged unit goes. Another option is swapping a YRV engine 1.3L K3-VET, turbo from factory 1 bar boost capable, cheap and fun
The intake could be routed directly right next to the right side headlight behind the front grille instead of routing it behind the radiator and suck in all the hot air
Peugeot / Citroen / ford in Europe use a small intercooler on their diesels where it’s mounted vertically next to the radiator and has both inlet and outlets at the top (twin pass style) super cheap and people use them on projects similar to this
You could take the right light and make a space for the intercooler on the right side, instead of the right light you put an carbon fibre hole to bring more air and gain more horse power 10:50

Mount the intercooler vertaically on the driver's side. Loop into the bottom from the s/c, and then out the top straight into the intake mani.
Delete the supercharger and put a small turbo on there then there will be enough space for the pipes

I think you might be getting valve float with the higher rpm. You may be able to get stiffer springs, before you bend a valve.
If you want more air flow . You should think about enlarging the pipe on the headers .
you should ceramic coating the heat shielding on the header and wrap the pipe with the gold heat shield tape
