Espirito Santo is Southeast Brazil, between Rio de Janeiro to the South, Minas Gerais to the West and Bahia to the North. Capixaba does not mean "corn hair", it means Cultivation/Farm/Farmer in the Native South American Language, it has 4 a population of 4 million people. Think of it as a port state like Rhode Island mixed with New Hampshire. It`s relative warm year long, sunny and bright, but it does have a heavy to extreme rain problem in the first month of summer. Second Largest producer of coffee in Brazil (specialty coffee) It also has an amazing Agro turism (farms, bed and breakfast much like New Hampshire on in it`s interior Highlands). The first Italian/Pomeranian/German migrants to arrive in Brazil Settled there before going to other regions like the South of Breazil. It`s capital Vitoria (Vitoria Island) or Greater Vitoria when including neighboring cities holds the bulk of the population around 2.5 million people, it has a high IDH (Human Development Index) due to it`s port system (around 5 ports along the coast), huge oil and gas reserves along the coast and many service centered companies. It is the second best place to open a new business in Brazil, one of the best places to raise a family, second longest life expectancy in Brazil 78-82 years old and one of the best quality of life in Brazil. Being a small state everything is relative close to you. Not many Brazilians come here (besides our neighbors from Minas Gerais state) and that is kind of how Capixabas like it to tell you the truth (as Capixabas hate the idea of the state being ruined by too many people), but expect to hear more about it in the future as there are many and I do mean many investments in the area.

8:41 not that hard but it is kinda expensive because the distances, from the south to the northeast is like going from florida to alaska.

Traveling around Brazil is very expensive for Brazilians. It's easier to go to Europe or Argentina. I only know four states. My friends who live in the US know about 15 American states, so it's not as easy as in America. The roads are not like in Colombia.

Fun Fact: I'm actually from that city in Rio de Janeiro called Campos dos Goytacazes and even other Brazilians have problem with the name of my city.
