Just make sure camping sites are licensed/permitted by local government. We have a serious case at camping site previously

Try camping in Janda Baik ( not far from KL) or in Selangor areas such as Batang Kali, Sg Yam with nice rivers flowing by... but in Perak, there are many beautiful camping areas .You can search in TH-cam...

This is guarded camping ground. What crimanal you are talking about? Crime happen any where and every where. You must have criminal mind.
Be careful camping in malaysia its not safe.. many criminal. Malaysia is not like japan country.
This is camping area can't you see other people also camping there...
so far i have not heard people got murdered , raped or robbed during camping in Malaysia...if you watch many youtube videos on camping in Malaysia, there are many solo campers going camping in the jungle, by the sea & on the hillside... Thank God they are safe... n return in one piece...
