I think all of the tankers should carry a mini military onboard since these pirate attacks are so prevalent. If they were all attacked before they could even board the ship on a regular basis maybe they would consider a different “career” choice.

They don't really stop. The pirates board them while underway. Most of these freighters and oil tankers can't outrun the pirate boats.

I find it just so hard to believe the STUPIDITY and ignorance of the pirates to attack these large vessels without consequences. I believe that every ship that sails should be armed enough to stop the actions of the pirates before they are able to make it aboard.

A good vid but as usual there are many clips of training. Training attack noted where you see the so called pirates steering around a ship shaking their Ak's in the air. Doesn't happen like that. Orange boats are drone targets. Sea wizz (gatlin) isn't wasted on pirates..

You lose all credibility by:
1) Stating that the seizure of the MV Galaxy was solely a Somali operation (it was not, they were trained and supplied by the Houthis) and
2) That the vessel and its crew have been released (they are still being held in Yemen’s waters).
