THIS is why we watch wrestling in 2024, this is The season in WWE where SO MANY TALENTS in the HHH era are getting their flowers and Ivar whose been a hidden gem is getting his season to shine now more than ever.
Remember when I first saw Warmachine in ROH. The athleticism they had was insane and been a fan ever since. Happy to see them all succeeding and doing so well for themselves.
One thing that I do miss is the War chants. I liked the War Raider gimmick. I'm not sure if it would still suit them now to go back to that name, theme, and chant, but I would like to see it come back.
I remember meeting Erik & Ivar. Killer guys. Interesting is that (as far as I know) I was second row for their NXT debut at a live event where I live. It’s a “C Town” at that, so it was crazy to think that happened here.
I feel like "The Viking Raiders" have a lot of potential. With Erik being out of action for who knows how long, I feel like they need to give Ivar a new partner, and let them become the dominate tag team that they can be.
I remember I called a friend of mine about 6 months ago and asked what he was watching. He said he was watching the Viking Raiders....I said I didn't know there was a football game on......!

Just went back and watched Takeover: Phoenix to re-watch that tag title match. Forgot how great NXT was back then, and that match was non-stop too. Excellent interview!
What a good dude. I like tge Viking Raiders, but I just feel their gimmick is holding them back, especially when you see how charming Ivar is. He could be the kind of white meat babyface the crowd can really get behind.

ivar is a great performer but in my opinion they need a character change for sure dich the viking gimmick and do something different for him and eric make them an unstoppable force
What an absolute pleasure that interview was he is such a nice man, And I hope Ray gets back and they win the championship, it’s funny I didn’t know what ring of honor was. I have heard of it but I had new Japan and I remember seeing these guys and I just was like over the heels excited when they would wrestle and when they got signed to NXT, I remember telling my mom those are the guys from new Japan that we watch and she’s like I knew they look familiar, but really nice guy. I’m glad getting a chance to shine. Hope he gets well soon.
They need to give ivar a different gimmick, either this, like a biker or something, he appeared on nxt like this and it was great. I think he would be huge.
Met Erik and Ivar at the superstar brunch in Philly, very humble down to earth guys, and have been awesome to my kiddo the couple of times we’ve met them prior! Hope they both recover successfully!
I love Ivar. He's one of the best wrestlers in WWE and his moonsault was so smooth for his size that's incredible. I hope he has a speedy recovery and comes back faster and stronger 💪💪 than before

He didn't help in training Kofi he was the one who trained him at chaotic wrestling school, I was training to become a wrestler back then when he was there, back then he wasn't as big he actually looked like a chunky Chris Jericho lol, he was know as Johnny Handsome, dude pulled a rib on me, he put my timberlands in the freezer dead in the middle of winter lol.
