AWESOME, AWESOME, interview. Very down to earth young man. My 1st time listening to Dustin Rodes. Relaxed, humble. Loved when he told there's no more people wanting to work. I grew up in that era. THANK-YOU DUSTIN.
I remember when Dustin debuted in WCW I was a fan from the start and then goldust came and that is when I realized that you really wanted this very proud of you Dustin made me realize I have to do what needs to be done
When Dustin first started in WCW I remember him getting alot of hate because his Dad was the Booker and he was very young. A lot of he didn’t deserve his spot blah, blah blah. 30+ years later and the man has earned everything he ever got.
There's always gonna be people like that. At least Dustin was new at the time. We still have fucking clowns by the dozen pulling the nepo card on Cody like he hasn't absolutely busted his ass and remade himself and gone through more at this point than so many others.

What an absolutely great guy Dustin is. One of the first wrestlers in the UK we actually got to see on TV late at night when WCW finally came on our screens in the mid 1990's.

Great interview as always. Love Dustin's humble attitude to everything. Inspirational. One of the greatest character wrestlers of all time. Growing up watching UK World of Sport wrestling I can really relate to his attitude towards the fact it's not all about the moves. I used to watch matches with a grand total of about twenty "moves" in them and was gripped. Was all about the characters and responding to the crowd. If AEW are to kick on, the young talent really need to listen to Dustin's advice and work on thier characters, slow down, and deploy the flippy flips more sparingly.

Legend and hall of famer. I had always wanted to see him in WWE's main event scene back in the day, because he was so damn entertaining. The fact that he's still putting out amazing work is inspiring Most of all, so happy for him being sober for so long. Such a great example to so many people
As a fan of Dustin's for the past 35 years my all-time favorite match of his took place at WCW Halloween Havoc '93 against "Stunning" Steve Austin, their match at Halloween Havoc '91 is a close second. Not taking anything away from his time in AEW but imo his best in-ring work was throughout 1989-'95 in All Japan Pro Wrestling and World Championship Wrestling.
Dustin is nothing less than an inspiration to all of us to stay sober and love the family. Amen Dustin. May God bless you and your family. What a great man from a great family!❤

Dustin and Eugene both deserve to be in the HOF. Both of them created iconic characters that ride that edge of controversy and backlash, and made the best out of it. And not everybody can do the characters they did
This was a great interview. Hearing Dustin’s stories in the business was good. The creation of Gold Dust and the segments with Booker T were great. Working with Vince McMahon as a producer and hearing those stories were crazy. I do not blame him for leaving. This is why Triple H taking over has been the best thing so far for WWE.
"Slow 'em down just a little bit. Teach 'em how to tell stories." - Dustin Rhodes That's what makes him The Natural. He gets it. We need more guys like Dustin Rhodes in the business.
I love Dustin I've watched him his whole career. His dad was my favorite wrestler of a time. I did jobber work in 92-93 met dusty once he told me I quote if your doing this for fun I respect that you putting us over but baby don't quit your day job and handed me a fifty and said 2 cases in my back seat before my match is done.
Such an awesome episode Chris! You are the modern day Gordon Solie. Thank you for this awesome interview.
No one has any business remembering Gold Dust. Dustin made us remember. Legendary character. His run in WCW as Se7en was also one of the greatest things ive ever seen. Legendary.
Legend and hall of famer. I had always wanted to see him in WWE's main event scene back in the day, because he was so damn entertaining. The fact that he's still putting out amazing work is inspiring
Most of all, so happy for him being sober for so long. Such a great example to so many people
Fantastic interview. Dustin is a legend. I've watched him for so many years. He need to go into the hall eventually.
I’m grateful for this interview
love this dude. thanks for the interview chris!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I've met Dustin several times while cosplaying as Goldust. He loved it. I would love to see him again. What a great legend. " You will never forget the name....of Goldust!"
36 years in the ring, and I still want to watch every match Dustin has. Dustin only gets better. Cant wait to see him hit 40 years in the ring.
My favorite wrestler. I miss the Goldust character but so glad that Dustin is still truckin along and enjoying his career while doing great work.
Always enjoyed him seen wrestling in early 2000's and late 90's .Would enjoyed his entrances. Hall of fame is due for him please make a petition to give him that.
Nothing but love for Dustin. One of the greats. His powerslam has always been a thing of beauty.
I loved this. Great interview. I love the Natural. No school like the old school.
This is what we have been waiting for.
Excellent interview. I cant quite place why, but this was one of your better interviews and that's saying something.
Dustin and Eugene both deserve to be in the HOF. Both of them created iconic characters that ride that edge of controversy and backlash, and made the best out of it. And not everybody can do the characters they did
Great interview, thank you very much for this one Chris❤!!
Been waiting to watch this whole thing for forever.❤❤❤
Same af
This was a great interview. Hearing Dustin’s stories in the business was good. The creation of Gold Dust and the segments with Booker T were great.
Working with Vince McMahon as a producer and hearing those stories were crazy. I do not blame him for leaving. This is why Triple H taking over has been the best thing so far for WWE.
"Slow 'em down just a little bit. Teach 'em how to tell stories." - Dustin Rhodes
That's what makes him The Natural. He gets it. We need more guys like Dustin Rhodes in the business.
Everytime I see Dustin, it feels like I'm looking at Dusty.
He's a replica for sure
Awesome conversation Chris! Keep up the great work.
Definitely one of the best and most underrated workers of the last 30 years or so, glad he’s getting his recognition now
Was there to see them win tag titles in Buffalo it was a great moment
been waiting for this one! LEGEND in the business. Glad Dustin is in a good place man
Will the WWE put this man in the HOF already!? Nobody could come close to doing what he did. True LEGEND
I love Dustin I've watched him his whole career. His dad was my favorite wrestler of a time. When I was young,I watched Dusty, I loved his beautiful white hair. and his style in wrestling.I wish He will be in th Hall Of Fame he deserves it.I love you Dustin God Bless You.Thank you for all the years you given us.
Awesome content! Thank you
My favourite wrestler of all time. Just a wonderful, interesting, conflicted, dynamic and talented guy. Love you Dustin. Keep steppin'
This was a GREAT interview!!!!
