- Jakoże mój ulubiony utwór z "Devilmana" jest straszliwie krótki i nie mogłem namierzyć nigdzie jego dłuższej wersji, postanowiłem samemu sklekocić przedłużoną wersję tegóż motywu. Jest to utwór grający zawsze w scenach, w których Devilman toczy walki, toteż nadałem mu tytuł "Battle Theme". Jeśli ktoś zna prawdziwy tytuł tej piosenki, proszę dać mi znać, a zmienię natychmiast.
Devilman nie należy do mnie. To tylko fanowsko wykonane przedłużenie.

So, I couldnt find extended version of my favourite theme from Devilman OVA, so I decided to make one myself. I titled it "Battle Theme" because i dont know the true title. If anyone knows it - let me know, and I will change the title instantly.
Devilman doesnt belong me. Its just a fan extension.
Listen to this when you get to the fighting scenes in the manga.
I read the whole devilman to this. it made everything 10x scarier >.< violence jack as well. works for claymore but i didnt do it.

This OVA was part of my VHS collection,when i was trying to collect the whole Manga Entertainment tapes released on my country,such as Legend of the 4 Kings,Appleseed,Venus Wars,3x3 Eyes,Ghost in the Shell,Dominion Tank Police,Urotsukidoji: Legend of the Overfiend,Ninja Scroll,Street Fighter 2 movie,etc... xD

Thing about this tune was the horns after 0:23 gave it that 70's cheesiness. However, the first 23 seconds of the song before the horns completely make up for it. The song would've been perfection had it just been the first 23 seconds looped.

Hopefully the 90s OVA will be re released with a new english dub given how we are very close to Devilman's 50th anniversary.
Cause i'll be honest: as much as i enjoyed Crybaby, nothing beats the original OVA for me. Too bad the original english dub doesn't even come close to doing it justice.

Crybaby was great but now I can't escape the fujoshits who are doing teh yaoiz with Ryo and Akira.
I mean, Go Nagai did set up Ryo to be in love with Akira but half of my recommended videos is "DEVILMAN IS GAY" now because some 18 year-old fujo found the old OVAs and is flicking the bean to it.

No ba. Debilczłek to jedna z moich ulubionych kreacji Wujaszka i miałem styczność z praktycznie każdą jego wersją, która została przełożona na zrozumiały język. Nawet zamówiłem sobie wydany niedawno pierwszy, olbrzymi omnibus oryginalnej mangi od Seven Seas i z niecierpliwością czekam na drugi!
