    I don't use extension cords, just run lengths down the perimeters in between. But we only have Frame tents so I think it's a little different. Although it seems to go quite quickly for us. Maybe I'll make a quick video one day of what we do.

    Great idea. I have a dumb question. Now when you say cut the cord. Are you actually cutting the cord? I’m just thinking the lights won’t work if some of the cord is missing.

      You cut it to the length you need then put the make and female plugs on.

    I’m on their site, what type of bulbs did you buy to go with the SPT2 roll?

    I have a really dumb question. Where do you plug in the wire for electricity? I’m asking because you seem to be out in a big field and I don’t suppose you would have a socket there, right?

      Generator for something like that.

    is there a way to do bistro and perimeter lighting at the same time( meaning lights around the tent and across the center poles)? or does the customer have to pick one out of the two?

    • @thetentguy
      @thetentguy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I do both. On big tents, one or the other is not enough light.

    How do you attach the wire going across to the pole so it does not slide down?

    • @thetentguy
      @thetentguy  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      24” zip tie from harbor freight.

    Just curious why don't you use rope pulley"s than you don't even need a ladder?

      Haven’t thought about it. Thanks. I’ll look into it.

    We use flood lights that attach to the side pole... Is there a reason why you don't use them? The other lights we have are globe lights that go around the perimeter and attach to the side wall rope with hooks...

    What bulbs do you use? I remember you saying in one of the videos but can’t find.

    At what height do you attach it to the center pole? They look kinda low. We go about 16-17ft tall. Just about to the top of the pole.

    • @thetentguy
      @thetentguy  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      13-15ft only because I bring a 6ft-8ft ladder for ease of transport and moving around.
