Living in Las Vegas and spending a lot of time in Southern California, I’ve been blessed to experience amazing tacos and Mexican food! Fantastic interview!!! So enjoyable!
The southern California taco shop really is a way of life. Even in Phoenix where we essentially stole it. To this day, I can't go to my spot without seeing someone I know. EVERYONE went there after school. Chorizo breakfast burritos, horchata, al pastor, and Fluffy called it... a bean and cheese burrito! Just make sure to get lots of green salsa.

I met fluffy about 8 or 9yrs ago in the UK he was the nicest guy, he was doing meet & greets for free after and as the venue was kicking us all out he gave everyone his hotel location & arranged it with them that he could do a quick one with everyone and he was adorable! Moved across country a few years ago and had no idea how much I would miss the regular taco shops around every corner.
