Without a doubt, this is one of the most beautful watercolor paintings I have ever seen. You changed my mind. I have never really liked watercolor until I saw your work. I bought oils and I quickly realized they aren't for me.. I am going to try watercolor now. I have never liked that translucent wishy-washy look, but now I can see how those blooms can work in your factor. Thank you!

I love this just as it is. I agree that an insect might detract from the beauty of the bird, lemons and gorgeous foliage. BTW, I really really like the addition of the turquoise in the greenery.
