@@TishDavisCFO Honestly, I don't recall any large amount of trash on the streets. I mean if it was really bad I would have noticed. Whatever trash that was around on the streets was normal for a city/town of its size.
OMG, we heard the Godfather theme on the accordion everywhere in Sicily too. For a country that claims the Godfather stereotypes them, they definitely know how to capitalise on it. We didn’t make it to Syracuse but we now want to. I’d love the castle and my husband would like to try all the beer!
Looks a really interesting place, we haven't yet visited Sicily. As usual, the food looks good and that beer Birra Moretti is popular in the UK at the moment.
