Having a durable case that keeps everything organized is cool, but why is SO much bigger than the entire kit from the last couple years? Even with the extra stones, there has to me a more efficient way to pack all that together- that case is HUGE.

It'd be nice to get higher grit replacment stones for the base model precision adjust elite. But it might be time to upgrade my system and get the pro. I absolutely love worksharp. I have multiple field sharpeners in both cars, in my hiking/camping bags. Along with the precision adjust elite that ive had for a couple years. They make the best sharpeners hands down.

Intending to buy a PA Pro, I snagged a suitable sized Apache case on sale at Harbor Freight. But haven't bought the tool yet. Now that WS is releasing this, when I do I'll just get the kit & find another use for the Apache. I really like the layout & the extra plates are great. I'd also think that the space for the universal handle should be a good place to store extra plates, say if you wanted strops treated with different grits. I already do that with my WSGSS, I have multiple strop plats with Gunny Juice Poly Diamond Suspension in 3 different grades. Or it could be used to store other small items if needed. Nicely done

Not a bad system. But i love my Hapstone system with Edge Pro matrix and Venev stones and i don't see a need to get this one. Ability to go from a clamp system (with different clamps) to a edge pro "flat table" system in less than a minute is great. But if you don't already have a system, this could be a good choice. That case is a bit too big imo.
The super mega precision adjust elite super precise mega sharpener and you still have to purchase probably the most important piece for true sharpeners. Worksharp just provide it all to us. We are already choosing your system out of many options. Just my opinion of course..
I currently have the Professional Precision Adjust system. I love it it is me go-to kit. (I have 4 other systems) I will be very disappointed If I have to buy the complete set just to get the extras. The PPA system is expensive enough. Please keep your current customers in mind.
I'm glad the case is going to be available separately and that you're releasing new stones. But this whole advertising campaign was kind of ridiculous. The way WorkSharp has been carrying on, I thought they came up with a completely new sharpening system.

They likely thought that the percentage of people that would use that item was small enough that it wasn't cost effective to include it standard, raising the price.
You might want to check if you've actually purchased the item in fee simple, or just the use of the equipment. In the same way you don't actually own an Apple I-phone.

I only just bought mine on the 3rd and fit it all in an Apache 3800 case from Harbor Freight. I think I like mine more, not as BIG. But I will definitely be ordering the stones. It's a fun kit! Thanks for the heads up Taylor.

I just got a Milwaukee packout box and put all my stones and Tsprof kadet in it. Works well. And plenty of room for other sharpening items.

I like worksharp product and I own a bunch but I'll stick with my wicked edge for angled sharpening.
