    Private property maintained at public expense through the council and corporation taxes levied on the people who live there and the companies who are situated there. Through favorable legislation they have created a web to protect the interests of a few.
    Not a lot different than the 'Royal Parks' where Royals don't go unless accompanied by the SAS ;-)

    They don't understand the difference between London and the "City of London", they are two different things. The "City of London" predates Magna Carta, London is just an area based around the "City of Westminster". London is just a general unspecific term.

    Extension of definition of “public place” in Public Order Act 1936.
    For the definition of “public place” in section 9(1) of the M1 Public Order Act 1936 there shall be substituted-
    “Public place” includes any highway and any other premises or place to which at the material time the public have or are permitted to have access, whether on payment or otherwise ”.

    He's got the Queen's crown above the badge on his hat. He's employed by the crown. He, or any City of London copper wouldn't be permitted to wear that crown unless they were employed by the crown.

    • @thedoughnought7329
      @thedoughnought7329 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      He's not employee by the crown, he's employed by the Corporation of the City of London (all city councils were called corporations before 1973). Ask your granny about "Corporation buses"
      The crown is there as this power to arrest is given from the Crown in legislation. He will have a warrant card which says he has the authority to discharge the duties of his office, which is signed by the Chief Constable of the City of London Police. The Chief Constable gets that authority from the Crown, and the right to dismiss him sits with the Corporation of London elected members.

    Westminster council challenged the building stud private or public some years ago to be able to fine vehicles parked on the basement roof areas in Westminster boundaries. So vehicles can be issued with a parking ticket where the area is not segregated by a chain or similar to prevent symbolic free access. So the old building stud that everybody else goes by is now up for grabs in case law I would think oh what a complicated web doth the greedy weave. City of Westminster Vs City of London

    1) 'Corporation' is an old term which was used in most of our large cities, but most changed to 'council' over the years. Look up Birmingham corporation tramways, or Hull corporation telephones. Even Brighton & Hove city council used to be Brighton Corporation.
    2) Why did he have the same logo? Well, he is in the city of London. What did you expect, a Welsh dragon? It is derived from the coat of arms for the City of London.

They are London's anti-terrorist police, the armedpolice, they can stop, search and detain for no reason, they are nothing like the Met Police. They have access to facial recognition software used with the cctv in Westminster. The people under their protection is the government and Buckingham Palace. He could have taken your camera and you wouldn't have got it back with any film footage and thet would answer no charges.
      The reason he can't answer the questions is because it is wrong to say "I can do whatever the fuck I want."Which he knows he can. When you study your rights, study closer the part when it comes to City Of London Police. I know lots of people stopped by them. Nothing like the Met Police.
