Esta canción es curisosa, es super simple armoniamente, es super simple en su estructura, es super simple en en la guitarra y en el bajo, pero es extremadamente dificil en la interpretación; si pau se cae, si no transmite lo que debe transmitir. la canción se cae a pedazos.
En cuando a la narrativa es excelente, eso sí.
Es la canción que, yo diría, todos podemos tocar pero ¿cuando podemos tocarla bien?

Pau tambien canta voz principal en "Dust to Dust". La versión en vivo en el Metropolitan es buenísima! Muy recomendable. Saludos. 🤘

Not much of a break for the band though, dany sings an octave lower or higher than pau through most of the song, the guitar part frequently has very challenging slides up and down that are from 12 to 19 semitones, and the bass does those slides too at times… takes real mental focus

Pau para cantar mientras toca la batería mientras hace ejercicio en la corredora canta y ayuda a mantener su respiración...

like many of their songs, they leave things open to interpretation... some have speculated the title is for the year "2023" while others have thought it references someone's age... i was not sure but have come to see it as being about "2023" because that's when Pau turned 21 years old... the lyrics "barely old enough to drink" are fitting in many locales where 21 is the drinking age... in DPA/TW's home area, the drinking age is 18, IIRC...
then again, while it sounds personal, maybe this song is about something they might have read or seen in a movie or TV show... after all, their song *Amour* comes from a 15 second clip of a scene in the movie "Ratatouille"... that scene has the camera looking through a hole in the wooden floor... there are two characters down there having a fight... maybe a lover's quarrel? i don't remember... anyway, they are arguing, they suddenly hug each other, and it is done; end clip...
there's also their song *Wildfire* which was inspired by "The Hunger Games" movies... i think at least the 2nd one titled "Catching Fire"...
DPA/TW drawn inspiration from a lot of places... IRL, books, movies, games, etc 😹
this song has brought tears to many eyes... while being a powerful drummer, Pau is also a fantastic and very emotive singer...
i don't go a day without hearing DPA/TW... they possess both, my heart and soul...
