I to am nosey when it comes to wanting to know the books on other peoples kindles 😂 but I really do love when you get excited about yours it motivates me to pick up my kindle ❤
I think the individual libraries have limited licences to the ebooks (based on how much they pay I guess), so only so many copies can be read at the same time on libby 😊
I got mine two months ago. I couldn’t pass up the sale at Target. Just too good. I am a real convert like you. I love the Kindle. And I use the Libby app a lot.
I called Amazon about my ads and they didn’t remove them free. They wanted to charge me. I’ve heard other you tubers say this too but they wouldn’t for me. I just wanted the ads removed bcuz I want my book cover to show on the screen. Oh well. TFS 😊
I bought two kindles two different times and they took off ads for free. I just told them I wanted the book as my screen cover. I didn’t call them though.. I talked to their customer service chat online. Maybe try that? And if they still try to charge you.. I’ve heard other people saying to close the chat and keep talking to someone new who will take them off for free

I'm the same. I have like 450 books on Kindle and maybe 45 books on my shelves, my faves. I just don't like to have such many books everywhere 😅

Another way is to chat to customer service and tell them that the ads are inappropriate as you have children that might pickup or look at the kindle
